I had the same problem with RCBS recapping pins back in the 90's. I think they are really to thin and soft, and flex during use. Don't get me wrong RCBS was fully willing to replace pins. This created 2 problems, first they developed a burr on the edge of the pin that would hang up on the primer during release. Second was they would bend usually not a lot just .020" to . 030" . You can check for a bend by chucking up in a drill press or a drill you clamp in a vice. I finally got rid of the problem by buying a LEE universal recapping die. It has worked flawlessly for somewhere around 30,000 to 40,000 rounds without breaking a pin, go figure. I don't use my RCBS recapping pins any longer but the carbide die is the first one I bought and has resized probibly 20,000 rounds of 9mms without a problem.

Jesse, how did you get your red new cases bin box to orientate in the blue box ? Your using inline-fabrication double side bin system correct aren't you.

The Dillon resizing die launches spent primers into that aluminum catch receptacle with extreme prejudice and the Dillon resizing die decapping pin replacements are inexpensive and easily replaced…gotta love Dillon…don’t ever pick up spent primers off the floor 😜😜😜…that’s what vacuum cleaners are for in the event 🫣🫣🫣…loving your channel and content…take care my KZbin friend. 🙏🙏🙏
