Pavel Gordeev versus Shane Campbell
Russian fighter Pavel Gordeev (13-1) fights in the main card of the RCC: Russian Cagefighting Championship, which will take place on May 4 in Chelyabinsk. His rival will be Canadian Shane Campbell (17-7).
For Gordeev this fight is the third under the auspices of the RCC. He started his way in the organization at the Intro tournaments - in November 2018 he defeated Arthur Lim by the decision, and a month ago the fight versus Godofredo Castro was recognized as a draw because of the prohibited kneecap blow in the groin by the Russian fighter. Gordyeyev is ranked 134 in the world ranking.
Ural public knows Shane Campbell. He was defeated by Magomedsaygid Alibekov (14-6) by the decision of the judges at the RCC5 tournament, after that he had another fight in Canada and won against Menado Abello (14-7). He is also the current champion of the top Canadian promotion, overtaking Gordeev by 14 positions in the world ranking and is the strongest fighter of his country.
As a reminder, the fight of Alexander Shlemenko versus Andrade Viskardi will head the tournament in Chelyabinsk. Artem Frolov will face with Jonas Bilstein in the co-main fight of the evening, and Anton Vyazigin will fight with Wagner Prado. The tournament will take place at the arena "Tractor".
