So what about testing the new RCDs type And type B, I keep hearing about RCDs being saturated with DC that prevent RCDs from tripping, I I been told that the ROBIN KTS 1620 MFT Can't be used as it for ac only?

RCD CBs probably shouldnt be used with DC circuits as it doesn't make sense to use RCD for DC. Also I believe CB ratings are halved when using them for DC as a general rule. More often than not fuses are used in DC circuit protection as it allows for correct nominal amp ratings
