I had the same issue with one of them, the store was fantastic they sent me a replacement within 3 days. They are fantastic for small to medium size rooms.

Bro, my J8 had the same exact crack/blemish. I was offered $250 refund to keep them. Bought some $4 plastic-specifc glue from Loctite and kept it pushing. Already done a few events and no one knows. I forget too.

Do the 12’s thump? I know you have the turbos also, I am debating between the two right now. Because you can pair the turbos with 15” subs. What are your thoughts? I typically do 150-200 ppl events. Have you added a 15” sub with high pass filter to the j8’s?

Yeah plastic speaker boxes ugh! Im super comfortable with anything under 100 people in a space suitable for 100 people. Anything larger and no unless there no dancing expectations!

RCF is on another level. Louder, clearer, smaller sub and top. Most likely will be the J8s

Two Evox J8 enough for 200ppl with excellent sound and potency. I don’t know J12 but I know it’s a heavy and very expensive system. Not for me.
