Those lifts are like 500 lbs aren't they? How do you manage them in and out of the trailer or truck? Just curious - love to run a rig like this, but usually don't have a ton of helping hands.

Hello! Can we see a video of TTS 15-A sub and HDL-6 speaker in the near future?? Thank you very much in advance.
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
We will see what we can do for the HDL6A, we have not had much call for the TTS15A sub yet, so we would have to get one sold through our shop to do a video on it...

Love it. Amazing system. The TTL6 sounds amazing paired with the TTS26a subs. How many people can you cover with this setup?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
2000+ at very acceptable levels. we initially set LR gain at unity with the subs, but found that 10-15 minutes into the event we were backing it down. finally settled on a bout 6db down on the mains, but the crowd loved the low end..
@mghattendorf3 жыл бұрын
I have a pair of these subs, they are freaking stupid. I will roll ONE of them into a venue, turn it down ALL the way, run the low filter down on the mixer, and it still walks circles around the JBL SRX Dual 18 subs that I have. It is a bummer RCF quit making these. I think they retailed for $5k each brand new, so for that kind of money they should rock!
@carlotheatheist6 жыл бұрын
when will you have a demo of RCF HDL 50A?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
That one we most likely won't do as it is a very large box and most that are purchasing this box are large sound companies that have had live demos of the system. Being a high end box that is expensive many that follow our Channel can not afford, as we keep the reviews to a more affordable line of boxes and systems that the small to mid size sound company or even a DJ can get a overview of and a bit of knowledge prior to making a purchase.
@carlotheatheist6 жыл бұрын
trinityprosound oh i see. so only those ttL and some Rcf And db technologies can you have a demo. by the way your set up is so beautiful! more power to your channel.

trinityprosound and also before i forget. what's the title of intro music?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
We are limited on what they will send us for demo and take apart and also what the market is asking for , not many sound companies purchase a HDL50 rig and if they do, they don't need a take it apart video...
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
Intro music is from Final Cut X in the video software, called Road Trip.

It looks like there are lots of exposed controls on the back of those subs, plus a bright numerical display. Do they sell a rain hood for that power amp that can clean up the look a bit?
@trinityprosound5 жыл бұрын
they are discontinued subs as of this year, the display does go out after a while
@carlotheatheist4 жыл бұрын
Hey. Was the bass guitar amp directly connected to mixer?
@trinityprosound4 жыл бұрын
Yes, we direct boxed it to the mixer or had their amp out direct to the mixer, no mic'n bass ever for us...

Hello trinity i want to ask you please can this system compete with the KV2 audio VHD5 please ? I never hear this system live and everybody said to me that it's the more intresting sounding system in RCF family .thx for replaying.
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
They are not the same type of system or technology as the KV2 system is steerable and a BEAST for size, the RCF system is more like a point source that incorporates excellent coupling characteristics when 2 are used together. The RCF TTL6A are easier to deploy due to size and weight of the system. Output wise we can cover about 3000 with 4 of them at very respectable levels.

Thanx trinity , i have more than 19 gigs in august for more than 10 000 people "festivals" so i decided to own a system rather then rent sound reinforcement again and again so i gotta choose between KV2 VHD5 " which i hear it and it was impressive and the sound was incredibly good with a large cover " and the Meyer Sound line array "which was impressive too in sound quality but the same coverage problem as NEXO etc that you loose the high-end with the distance" and the RCF line array with the RCF TTL6A boxes " was recommended by an engineer "A very good friend" . I'am confused right now and i must decide before this weekend

Sorry to bother you man i was just lucky tonight i will hear the TTL6A live !

Hey are they waterproof? And also 4:43 are they mic receiver? How can you eliminate feeedback from monitor?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
no - not waterproof, those are ULX from Shure, well that is a tough one but comes down to knowing what to do, frequencies to cut, mic and monitor placement and the list goes on...
@carlotheatheist6 жыл бұрын
trinityprosound so i always saw in some live show. Those singer where sometimes accidentally put the mic into the monitor but there is no feedback that coming out in front of house speakers. I'm so amaze about that. Can i add some feedback eliminator devices? Like this one. Please click the link. Can this things eliminate feedback in monitor? dbxpro.com/en/products/afs2
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
more than likely it is a good monitor engineer on the mixer board that flips the gains down so that does not happen, that is why they have mix engineers for monitoring off to the side , those DBX units are ok, they will do things to your sound that you may not like in attempting to ring out monitors. best thing is to learn the frequencies and also instruct vocalist on proper use of a microphone and that will work better than any DBX unit.
@carlotheatheist6 жыл бұрын
trinityprosound ahh i understand now.. maybe it's still on the operator on the mixer. Am i right? Okay thank you. So these thing were just only can reduce up to 50% of feedback from monitor. Okay i will try it next time .

Hey i have a last question. What's the difference between rcf TTL Subwoofer and RCF 9006 SUB AS?
@DobixIdealSound6 жыл бұрын
Hello guys. I have the same setup as you (TTS26+TTL6).What crossover do you use for the TTL6s? One of the onboard presets (100hz) or some external stuff? I use mine at L2 or F2 presets, but there is plenty of low end left there and they are limiting early. Also, did you try the 160hz xover from the TTS26s to the TTL6s?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
we feed separate out of the mixer and do the processing there and only send to the subs what is needed. I think we use F2 but would have to look. We roll off around 100hz for the tops and have not had but occasional limiting, flashing while the gig is going on, which I am ok with. Solid on a different story. We run all from the dLive and feed the subs and tops with a sub group and the tops with L/R

@@trinityprosound hey excuse me? may i join into your conversation? what is the purpose of subwoofer delay?
@camronfritz5 жыл бұрын
@@carlotheatheist Delay is for the cardioid sub configuration. One sub is reversed with polarity inverted and delayed back to the other 2 in the stack so it creates phase cancellation for the low end behind the stack. It helps with reducing the low end on stage so the band and monitor techs aren't getting their eyes ripped out of their sockets 😁

@@trinityprosound hey. what's the purpose of subwoofer delay? and for front of house subwoofer what delay should i set if i have at least rcf 9006 sub as?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
the delay it so offset and time align the rear output to the front, which in turn cancels out the rear level a good 15-20db. keeps the low end off the stage. you can do with 2 subs per side, but better with 3 subs per side.every sub is different for the delay settings due to speakers and how far the wave has to travel.

Is this System suitable for 500 people ? Also are those dual 18 subs ?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
we can do over 2000 people with this system with tops flown, the crowd was close to that for this event as they were spread out over a city block. the subs are dual 15's , but we also have 18's we needed the smaller footprint for this event and truck pack.
@micki1086 жыл бұрын
and there was only 2 boxes flown per side right? what model are those . i got my audio technica headphones and i can hear how clear the sound is .

@micki1086 жыл бұрын
How are you cutting the crossover for the subwoofer and also tops for this event ?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
The sub has a crossover output in the flown arrays to the HDL6A and running processing out of the dLive for the subs on the ground.

Thank you. I have the money for 4 x ttl6 or 8 x ttl33. What should I do?
@trinityprosound6 жыл бұрын
You can go real big with the TTL33s you are limited to 2 x per side with the TTL6s - if you have any remote possibilities of going bigger TTL33 is the correct choice IMO and they sound amazing too, both are excellent choices
