my file doesnt save as jpeg... I dont have jpeg like you do.. I dont know why and I only have tiff and raw and psd.. And I cant save it for web too :(

Sally Jang I had the same problem and this is how i resolved it : At the top of the screen click the 'image' tab and put your mouse over 'mode'. Then, make sure that 8bits/channels is selected as it might be selected as 32bit/channels. Also, I have Photoshop CC 2014 and if you want to get it free check out my channel as i will have a video showing you how to get it. Hope this helps!

You may be using a Custom Color profile such as U.S a4 paper, do not use them as it only allows for .tif and .bmp and portable .bitmap file saves. Take off your "cmyk" and Make sure you have "RGB" as they are the primary colors
