Good to note that wire color doesn't matter, and make sure the ends match. Also good practice to keep dark colors as negative, such as black and brown. The servo wire I bough is black, red, white. My servos are brown, red, orange.

Amazon has servo wire kits, male/female/jr wire for about $15. You might like to find a small flat bladed screwdriver to help them in. lol

Unfortunately no. I just lay the wires where I want them to go and leave about 1-2cm extra just in case. This also keeps the wire slack and not constantly pulling on the plug which can cause wire breaks, and on a helicopter, it can cause vibration to be transferred to the gyro. So leave the wire a little long, a small loop is best.
