Put magic transparent tape (the unclear tape) onto the holes (inside and out if you can) and leave one hole or half a hole untaped so that you can control the powder coming out and avoid powder spillage ☺️. Hope this helps.

Chenai David Just a tip; try dusting it away with a powder closer to your tone i do it and it works perfectly! Or after you dust it away apply a bit of a darker powder overtop of it hope it works for you 😊❤️

I go from very light to neutral to medium skin depending on the time of year. I tried the RCMA powder a few days ago and about cried at when it looked like halloween clown makeup. Once I chilled out and blended it I was relieved to find it truly is translucent. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and expertise. This video is timeless and I loveeeee how RCMA makes you skin look like you have nothing wich is great to shoot HD .Also having any type of pigment or color creates more cakey texture. Im sticking with RCMA! 🙌🏻. PS/ RCMA got A PP super white foundation and a black one; i just literally matched my skin with every foundation that I bought online and it wasn’t my perfect tone. Get them , they’re perfect! Thanks for sharing!

This is why I love your channel - you're so informative! I've been debating on whether to get the Laura Mercier for months and you helped me make a decision. As for the lighting, it definitely looks professional but I personally preferred the old lighting (with the ring light) I feel like the ring + softboxes is a bit too bright and washes out your skin a bit. It objectively still looks good though!

what i do for every translucent powder powder is after baking i take my damp sponge that more than likely has excess foundation on it and pat in the powder after wiping it away and it makes it perfect 👌

Don't know if you know, or if it has been commented already, but Laura Mercier is now making a loose powder for woc. It is tinted much deeper than the original fair beige powder. Might be worth trying!

I have the no color powder and I also have the Translucent Powder from rcma and I prefer the Translucent to the no color powder. The first time I used the no color my under eye ended up super dry but I don't know if it was the powder or just my under eye! The lighting is good also 👍🏾
