Of course it is because, if you fail it, it was clearly racist. I remember applying to one service and told I wasn't Native or female and would not be considered but differed.. But, that's not racist..

I’m a retired member and a big fan/subscriber but this particular video was borderline unwatchable for me. Nothing to do with the content, more just the style and procedure. Too many starts, stops, rewinds, replays over and over in perpetuity. Feels to me like you do your best work when you drink a little less. Your arguments are much more concise and rational when you are closer to sober.

It used to have questions about gay candidates. They finally stopped asking the gay questions. I studied educational psychology. There are many questions that are culturally unequal/biased. An education might fix the problem?

I think you misheard her at the beginning. 9:55 She said, "That, Um, hopeful mounties (ie. people that hope to be mounties) would take...". Not " That I'm hopeful mounties would take". I completely agree with all your points though

How can it be racist if it dosent mention anything about color, religion or any type of racially biased questions I just took the exam a month ago and 80 percent of the applicants taking the test were people of color so I don’t know where there getting this stuff from 😅
