A slight rise in calls do started for 3+ exp guys but the frequency is still below average wid comparison to 2021😞 and for less than 3 years candidates it's worse

No issue upto 8-9 months gap, after that there might be issue. I personally had 8 months gap in 2020 and i got hired without any problem

You are right.but you should have to mentaion that more than 70% professionals who have a fake experience background up to 3+ years thats why
