I am not from the US, so I do not know the laws. But how is it possible that you can use the RDB licence plate freely? Licence plates are made to identify the car and every car has to drive on the road with its specific licence plate. So how can you just take the RDB plates and drive around with them? Is the car still insured? What if I get a speeding ticket or get into an accident? Someone please explain.
