Hello David. I enjoyed your how-to video on this transfer tank install. I also have a newer Ram truck and want to add this capability and this seems to be the best way with out voiding my OEM warranty. Just a few questions: When you refuel your main tank, do you refill while driving? Or, do you need to be stopped on level surface to fill your main tank? How do you know when your main tank is full? I know this sounds like silly question, but usually the main fuel tank gauge has some lag time in reporting the actual level of fuel to keep it from showing slosh movement. Or do you even run the pump until the main tank registers full? Or shut off at 3/4 level on main tank so not to overfill? Does the OEM gauge follow the fuel level quickly so you can proactively turn off the pump to keep it from over flowing the main tank? How many GPM does the auxiliary pump provide? How long does it typically take to fill your main tank if it is empty? You are running a Racor R20S filter, that is 2 micron (as best I am able to tell from the Racor site), how does this 2 micron filter work for you, does it slow down the transfer rate? You polish the fuel if you so choose. How long to you do this for? While running? What is your interval for changing filters? Thank you for your time, please answer all questions, well done video.

Worrying about over filling the factory tank. Does the Rds tank install install kit ball valve in the T stop the delivery of fuel under pressure from the pump? Great info and want to add this system.

what size hose did you use for this? this is nicely done

The fuel hoses are 3/8" and the kit I buy for the ram is the 1.75" for the Chevy so you do not have to cut the aluminum pipe, only the rubber hose going to the top of the tank.
