What a great and insightful video! I love how open you are and your willingness to re-see is refreshing and inspiring. Thank you, Dani.

I'd love to see you do this with other decks, maybe as a series, Dani! Your thoughts on the Knight of Pentacles and Queen of Swords were very thought provoking. Thank you.

Hey, Dani! I'll be saving this video for reference in January. It's a consistent part of my practice that on the anniversary of my first Tarot reading, I re-interview my first deck. I absolutely love this practice, and this video gives me a lot of food for thought for reworking my re-interview spread! 😊

I've just taken mine out after long time been put away.. when this came from you.. also mine is modified like yours.. I wanted to take it all in visually without borders and wordings.. and it was also one of the first decks I did deeper work and studies with for long time.. I am way slower with my reapproach .. for now it's close by again, reconnecting, holding it, walking through.. feeling my way into this reconnection, new connection.. being open for how it will unfold, just listened when I felt it calling to come closer again.... ❤🔥thanks for sharing and thank you for being you...I am grateful you are here✨🙏✨

I like the idea of reinterviewing decks I've had a long time! I have all my interviews written in one journal so it would be easy to compare first interviews to now, too. I love your shirt!!

Loved this idea. Such a simple concept that could really energize a practice! It was a great reminder to not take the well loved decks for granted and to slow down to absorb the details.

This was really fun and insightful. The DruidCraft was my go to deck for a while. It was the deck that made things all click together for me with the tarot. It has always felt like a kind and nurturing deck, even when it’s presenting you with a tough lesson. I really enjoyed your interpretation of the cards in this reading!

Cernunnos is said with a K sound. 🙂 He is an ancient Celtic (Gaul) god. I've had DruidCraft for aaaaages. I've just really felt disconnected to it in the past couple years. I think I might need to trim off all the titles (like your deck) and give it another go. I trimmed off the big borders about a decade ago, but it was a bit of a rough cut and the titles are still on it. Maybe I need to redo my alteration and just chop off all the titles...

I did do this spread with the Spacious Tarot, one of my older and beloved decks. What a great idea, this seeing the new out of the old. I added the question, what is different now in our working relationship compared to our past working relationship? It helped me clarify the question of "how can we better work together now"?

What a brilliant way to re-engage with decks. I don't usually interview a new deck, but I like the idea of an occasional review with something like this... Thanks for sharing
@johngross52242 ай бұрын
When I reengage I like to go through it out of order before reordering it so it's a surprise when I see the next card. I also treat the spread like a relationship spread. How has or relationship evolved am I serving you as well as I'm receiving from you. This was nice thank you

Love that idea of asking about serving and receiving well!!

Okay, lots to say. I just left a comment on Giselle's video (Madwitch) about this time of year being my culling season. This would be a great way to help decide if you want to keep some decks. An extra question for the spread, what are you hiding? The chicken you love, is also on one of the birds cards in the Celtic Lenormand. The 'eagle' you noticed might be a dragon. The stone circle could actually be part of the Great Bear card (Judgement.) I really enjoyed this... totally going to re-interview. 😅

Great video as always! Question: when asking multiple questions, does it matter how you draw each card? For example, you drew them all at once after asking all the “?’s.” Can someone draw a card after each question is asked? You ask, then pull, ask another, then pull, etc… Hope I’m making sense, haha.
@DaniMystic2 ай бұрын
I personally read the spread questions then focus on the overall intent as I shuffle, then I pull them. Thats just my own personal preference, but feel free to do whatever feels best for you!

"Restrictive", maybe, for the 'R' word you were looking for? I sometimes find the energy of the Emperor to be a little restrictive in places.
