But who’s in the right state of mind will pay cash knowing the bad conditions of the property physically and lawfully? In my experience, bank will never grant a loan to the applicant if the the condition of the property is look like this, because first all until the mortgage is paid the loaner will ( mangungutang ng bahay ) never get the title of the property.
