I was the same way! I was looking at the traditional craft cart but they only hold like, 6lbs per shelf. My one thing of pens alone was 6lbs. I got one called the Gramercy cart, which holds a lot more and has things on the side to hold extra stuff. It's a little more pricey but well worth it.

hi! i’d suggest putting the washi tapes (2nd drawer) closer to the front and the boxes at the back so they’re more accessible,, and placing both drawers of washi tapes at the very bottom since i’m assuming you’ll be using them the most. if they’re up top you’ll have to either stand or strain your neck or take the whole drawer out trying to choose (since theoretically you would be seated while using them) whereas if the washi tape drawer is at the bottom, you can just slide it all out to your tabletop and easily slide it back in without too much hassle ! :) although if you’re already comfy with your current setup, that’s completely fine!

I have a similar container with drawers for my washi tapes but they're horizontal instead. I don't want my tapes to roll around and get messed up every time I take out some to use them so what I did to organize them further is I made dividers using a large sheet of watercolor paper (got it from NBS). Can also use folders or cardstock.

you should store your markers horizontally so they do not dry out at the tip or overflow at the tip. just turn the containers on their sides :D! easy.
