Sir you are right in all of it. But in some states penalty for late registration is fixed. I didn't renew my RC for 5 years,but when I went to RTO office carrying more cash, penalty was only 100 rupees

In that case, I need to produce the vehicle at Bangalore and for that, I have to make expenses for transport and take leave from my college. I am a professor at Calcutta University. It will be a cumbersome task. Secondly, the value of the vehicle is roughly 10K or less, I do not want to make further expanse on it. Since the condition is very good, so I use it for my own purpose. I am in great trouble. I also have an attachment for the vehicle as I am using it from my college days. Please suggest what can I do.

Can apply re registration through online for Delhi registration and how can I get insurance if my car expired in July 2019. If I go Delhi registration office for fitness check the police will catch and bond in the way. What is solutions?

Mere pas MP registered 1999 model Yamaha rx135 hai rc expired. Owner dusra par wo no objection affidavit pe sign kar sakte hain. Us bike ko dusare state (UP) me re register karwa sakte hain kya?

I have purchased second hand car with registration number HR26Y4316 .. 1st owner of this alto car is From Gurugram (Haryana) . Then 2nd owner is from Ropar Punjab Presently car is registered at Ropar SDM In Punjab with same number HR26Y4316. In the system it shows multiple data found. Now I'm 3rd owner .. My residence is in Mohali Punjab . What is the process of transfer & what are the charges. Also car will expire in April 2020 & can it pass another 5 years & what will be the charges .plz solve my queries.

Yes brother transfer ho sakta hai. Maine apne dad ki car transfer krwai thi jab car ko becha tha. Aur up mai hi krwai thi. Jisse khreed rahe ho aur jisko bech tahe ho ek baar un dono ko officer k samne ek sath present hona padta hai jab officer bulaye tab.
