oo yeah i tune this guitar down a step to reduce the tension on the neck so the capos gotta be up there + its what happens to work for my vocal range

Its probably also because of how high the capo is. Most low-mid range guitars go slightly out when you get that high, but you don't normally hear it because chords rarely get played up there.
