RE Super Meteor 650 ground clearance too low?

We compare the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650's ground clearance with the Classic 350 which we rode all the way to Goa for Rider Mania.

The stuff people say on the internet just to look smart but fail miserably at it. There are no features on it that remotely resemble any attempt to get downforce or reduce drag. So yeah it doesn't matter what ride height and ground clearance it has. It doesn't even have a flat floor. Better handling due to lower height may be yes, aerodynamics shouldn't matter at all.

I don't much about ground clearance of other bikes but my bullet 500 has a ground clearance of about 135 mm and I have not faced any issues so far

First of all the comparison is totally incorrect because Royal Enfield 350 is a classic bike designed to be rode in city, secondly the weight of classic is around 170 kgs. On the other hand Super Meteor is a full time cruiser bike which is meant for highway drives and it weighs a whopping 240 plus kgs hence the lower the GC the better is the stability.

They should not increase the GC. I ride an even lower gc bike . Most cruisers and tourers offer 4.6 -6 inch gc

That's a disappointment actually. Super Meteor 650's low ground clearance makes complete sense, because it's an heavy bike. More than 250 kgs I presume.. In that case low ground clearance makes complete sense. Makes the bike handling better for it's driver. But yes, this bike is not at all built for off-roading. I mean even a fair amount of off roading may be a challenge for this bike at some points, and yes those awful speed-breakers that we have, and at some places in our country they are so badly made and constructed that they will definitely collide with the bottom of this bike... So, the rider must have to take special care of these things if he decides to purchase this bike. 😔

Relaxed sitting position so you can ride long hrs and traffic, lo ht so good stability n gd 4 short riders, J series started in this, was built for this, smooth n vibrations free,higher cruising speed on highway. Only thing is avg I heard is 35-36 kmpl whereas my bullet electra 350cc UCE engine gives 40kmpl city n more on highway bcos I take lot care drive smooth. R15 will give 45-50kmpl but sitting position is uncomfortable but its smart looking and fast. Ktm= chapri but also no avg below 30kmpl. Tvs Rr310 looks very good n fast but again heating on legs and plus avg will be too low 25kmpl Vstorm I test drive but I didn't like the pulling power or torque and build quality its the gixer extension whats new the same taillights silencer n 250cc engine 2.
