Scary thing about Joker Venom is that there's a real-life poison with similar effects. It's called strychine, and before the advent of modern chemistry, it was favored for assassinations, since it could easily be explained away as a fatal seizure. But just like the fictional and far more dangerous Joker Venom, one of the signature signs of fatal strychine poisoning is a massive rictus caused by spasming and paralysis of the facial muscles. Also, no worries about talking a lot. Since you use a relatively static avatar instead of a face-cam, talking is essential for this being a satisfying reaction.

The Joker has been my #1 favorite Batman villain. One reason, I like clowns. Second, he is freaking insane. Mark Hamill is the best voice actor for the Joker. And best Live-action actor for him is Jack Nicholson. I know it's just another Nicholson performance.
