Dear Martha. This is poweful energy! I felt a rush of joy go right though me. I started laughing in absolute gratitude. I also did the antares chaneling and i was just listening with one ear while doing something else so not totally absorbed in it. At one point i felt my heart being squeezed , i really felt it physically and then it relaxed and i was bluffed! I am amazed with the high frequencies you bring in for us! 🙏🏻thank you very much Martha💜I experienced a lot of pain and resistance at the beginning, which put me back in-touch with how I had been told to shut up, stop dreaming and get real… I stayed with the meditation but was feeling quite numb, then suddenly burst into tears and felt a great release of sorrow flowing through and out of me. I can't feel anything, and at 25:36, I'm coming off. I wish I wish I wish I could feel these things, but I feel nothing, and the more all the glowing sensations are described, the worse and more contracted I feel. in this moment I feel too numb to feel sad, though I know there is so much grief in me about all of this. I came to this meditation to try to feel better, and only feel worse now (no blame on you; I know this is all on me). I hold such deep pain related to my greatest shame beliefs about myself and spirituality.. . . I came back and did it again, and while I don't feel 'bliss', I don't feel so badly as the first time. I'm determined to not let shame/ panic/ pain win.

devidaughter: Try this if you have access to a shower: Set the water temperature at the most comfortable for you. Then imagine that the shower area is a healing glass & crystal chamber. That the water coming thru the shower head is blessed and sacred and healing water which has a quality that on a pure energy level it is going right thru you, and as the water cascades around & thru you it is resetting any blockages, trauma 'lumps' and any unwanted energies which might be visualized as places darker than your energy body of crystalline white light. The shower healing chamber 'holy water' is now washing thru you and taking with it down the drain all the pain and sorrow and heaviness you no longer need and which you no longer need to bear, whether thru guilt or accusation or trauma, its all going down your magic drain to be transformed into positive, loving, healing energy. You will then be refreshed and protected in the healing white light that now fills your shower chamber and transforms any of this 3 dimensional heaviness to love and light, which is what you are. If you have affirmations, prayers or mantras that you feel will be helpful as you do this, by all means speak them, outloud if possible, & if you have some music that is appropriate, by all means play it if you can also, and know that you are a blessed Child of God who deserves to love yourself and others.
