Bro I have something so much worse then this in my mods folder rn xD, let me know if your interested. So ehem, zombies are replaced with poison zombies, female zombies are replaced with dogs, mr.x replaces fat zombies, items all are randomized and all safe room doors are taken off ensuring mr.x can follow you anywhere. I think this would make great content, lmk if you want links.
