They are probably cheated or something got glitched maybe some piglins are from bastion and some from red biome

on a chunk border the maximum piglins amount is 16, but there's some piglins from other chunks and some from bastion. seed decides some mobs spawn like sheep, cow.. but not for mobs like piglins, zombies, enderman etc. when making tas runs, random stuff is manipulated by many ways to ensure the optimal luck
