2022 and still gets me chills listening to Ms. Gloria Estefan. She wrote the song in 15 minutes. Diane Warren suggested the tittle Reach for an Olympic song, so Gloria did the lyrics based on the rehab what she went through after her nearly fatal crush bus accident

I was 22 and I went to the Olympics 1996 and I was there during the closing ceremonies. This song and moment I will always remember. It still gives me chills and yes, we were there also during the bombing. Me and my friends got to see the Dream Team in basketball and Micheal Johnson winning. So many events we could not see them all. This is one of those memories I will remember when I'm old and grey and have very fond memories as I take this to my grave. What an amazing time me and my friends had.
