15:23 once you snaped back in my mind im thinking alioth, is definitely a possibility, also i normally run into alioth (i think because he fits in more decks/if you don't go against ongoing enchantress kinda dead draw) more than enchantress. And later in that match when i "dodged" alioth i just didn't have a good line behind the onslaught so i set up for ironman mystique in separate lanes, by that time i forgot in my mind you have alioth and i just got lucky. gg

Thanks for sharing your perspective! There aren't many opportunities to see/hear what both players are planning. That's why I if I play a match against a viewer, I'll try to include the match in the video so you can see my thoughts also. GGs!

Every time I play PF my super power of bad RNG makes it a miserable experience for me. I am motivated for more punishment. Keep up the great work it is appreciated.

Listen. I make decks for 99% of players… and you are definitely in the 1% this time 😂.

soooooo jealous of PF Dan Hipp variant ❤ also, THANK YOU for continuing to nerd around unusual decks 🖖

And thank YOU for watching! I enjoy showing that off meta can be used to win.

@@fwrailton yeah, PF and Nimrod are two Dan Hipp's variant, that are like the Holy Grail to me 👌

I often feel like Phoenix Force just hates me. Probably I just need to practice more. Great video, as usual.

Thanks! And it’s not just you 😂. There are plenty of other players who say the same and there are certain days where she very clearly communicates that I should be playing a different deck 😂.

I also enjoyed the fact that you were talking about bloopers at the end and cut yourself off. Hopefully that's in there too :)

😂 Half of me wanted to just do a fake cut off and maybe I do just that in a future video. But the editing decisions I make follows a simple rule: Does it amuse me?

What do you think about the deck JEET is using at top 10? (usually around 6). Right now he only left Multiple man for PF, and Deadpool is the backup plan. Thanks!
@NerdDynamite2 күн бұрын
I'm not familiar with the exact 12 cards in the deck, but my general thoughts: 1. Most PF decks don't have tech cards. That can leave them weak to certain matchups in Conquest. On Ladder, that is less important. 2. Good players have flexibility on the decks they can climb with, and that probably includes me. Between game knowledge and snapping, that can overcome "lesser" decks. 3. I love cards with unique mechanics and PF is exactly that! It gives different players the freedom to craft slightly different decks that can be effective. 4. JEET and everyone in the top 100 are better players than me lol. But they also play a 'different' game. It's hard to say whether my decks could compete at that tier, even though they are competitive against the remaining 99% of players.

Reached 90 using this after being stuck for 2 weeks at 80 range. Multi man is GOAT but how do I effectively use Dagger?
@NerdDynamiteКүн бұрын
Nice! Dagger is for games where you can get away with lower power in a second lane, or maybe Alioth kills their Wong nonsense. She is probably plan C in this deck to Multiple Man and Nimrod.

Any good substitutes for Alioth?
@NerdDynamite18 сағат бұрын
I’d replace him with Enchantress or Rogue with all of the Ongoing cards right now. There’s also Human Torch if you are fine with the Killmonger risk.

I like phoenix force but i always feel like it loses me a lot of cubes. I'll be taking notes!
@NerdDynamite2 күн бұрын
I’ll admit the deck isn’t for everyone. But if you practice with it, you hopefully start to get better at snapping and retreating to actually gain cubes!

Every time I play Phoenix Force deck, I face opponents that play Clog, Cosmo, Armor, Shang Chi, Shadow King, or Alioth. Also, RNG always gives me the location that summons squirrels.
@NerdDynamiteКүн бұрын
Ha! I get it. A week ago I had the exact same experience when I used the deck again in prep for this video. Then when I started recording, it was more normal. Still plenty of bad RNG but retreat for 1 and then get more cubes in the wins. But the deck isn’t for everyone because of that play experience.

Lol that ending

Good luck! She has uses in move decks but is also a big cube stealer when you unexpectedly yank a big power card elsewhere.

@NerdDynamiteКүн бұрын
Probably a good decision 👍. Nico fits into so many decks that you’ll get more use out of her. Hopefully you unlock one of them, or both, in a random spotlight!

Mill makes more sense if a player lost when they can't draw on an empty deck. Mill feels like it does more than what it actually does. Loving all the uploads lately. Keep it up Nerd Dynamite.
@NerdDynamite2 күн бұрын
I haven’t heard that description of Mill before, but it’s 100% accurate. I either bail for 1 cube if their plan actually worked, or get 4 or 8 because they think they did more than they actually did. And thanks! I appreciate all of the love!
