One thing im curious about is, How do you approach your opponents when asking them if they agree that you film the match. It seems like 90% of them agree to it and I wonder if its because of the way you ask them or if it's just a common thing, that people agree upon.

@@MrFrisky777 nah personally i would say no, its too much pressure for me while playing, like i would be thinking this dudes fans would probs think i suck if i play bad or smth like that. but yea mostly u dont need permission. in alot of itf juniors matches too we are allowed to record so we can submit them to colleges to go for college tennis and all that

@@mvp_plus2738 well I guess it depends on a personality of a player, I like to play tennis when I am being watched from the stands or recorded 😄 Well if it is allowed to record matches then I guess it’s just a matter of politeness to just state that you will be recording to let the other player know

Is Doubles softer than Singles, or maybe there's just a higher amount of variance? I don't know so apologies if this is an offensive question.
@giulio2811
@giulio2811 Жыл бұрын
technically doubles, from my perspective might be even more difficult than singles because the difference is made by the team, not by only one player.. this equally means that because of the much more variances a doubles team can have, it's way more difficult to win in a doubles match. that's my perspective as an amateur tennis player...it would be useful to know other tennis players opinions though :)
@simpilot001
@simpilot001 Жыл бұрын
@@giulio2811I have to agree, communication is also something important. It bothers me because I don’t know if the ball is coming to me, I like it better when I know it’s mine. I also don’t like relying on another person. But what I hate is losing points I should have won or not going for a ball that was mine.
@tijgertjekonijnwordopgegeten

@@giulio2811 Doubles overall could be more difficult, but it is easier to win in doubles because the really really good players mostly focus only on singles.

You are a good doubles player. A little tip: try not to watch at your partner when you are at the net and he is back. You are losing the sight of an opponent's volleyer and his movement can tell you a lot about what is going to happen
