I made Veteran for the first time ever this season, then I lost...wait for it...500 ELO on Go Battle Weekend! Crawled back up to almost 2200 with a team of Shadow Feraligatr, Bronzong, and Steelix. Mandibuzz leads get tricky.

Regarding your comment about getting a negative set because of game glitches: I just had the game boot me for “Error 0”, and log a loss. But it gets worse. I WON the next match, and showed a loss. Clean win, not a simultaneous knockout or some nonsense. This is just getting bad, and there’s no way to even contact Niantic about it.

I have a rank 27 Emolga but don’t have the 40 XLs to build it

If you have other Emolga besides that one, plug them into the PvPoke battle matrix and see how they perform. I have a high rank one that required a bunch of XLs, but it actually performed worse in the sims than a few of others I had. I ended up building a lower ranked one for cheaper. Emolga seems like it wants attack weight more than bulk.

I'm running double water and after a 4-1 set yesterday I got up to 2948. Then I started seeing so many electrics, including like four Shadow Zapdos, and went 1-4, 1-4, 1-4 to fall back out of the 2900s. Got it all back today and ended at 2947, but please delete this video so no one runs this team against me tomorrow :P
