By the help of the chromosomes..If the Male Sperm has 'X' Chromosome which fuses with a Female Ova having 'X' chromosome then the Zygote formed will turn into a girl whereas if the Male Sperm having 'Y' Chromosome which fuses with a Female ova having 'X' Chromosome then the Zygote will turn into a boy. If a sperm carrying an X chromosome fertilises an ovum it forms a zygote with two X chromosome. Such a zygote would develop into a female. However if a sperm carrying a Y chromosome fertilises an ovum it forms a zygote with an X and a Y chromosome resulting in a male child

Both actually, because the ovary can push the egg to fallopian tube, a sperm can go for fusion. But if you are asked definition - then write that ovary releases one matured egg to fallopian tube.

Females are not capable of producing ovum when girls are small. We are capable of producing ovum in adolescence. And some ladies are not able to get pregnant, one reason could be that the fallopian tube is jammed( not sure the word is correct) but there is problem in fallopian tube.

Adolescence is the whole phase from 11-19 years but puberty is the start of adolescence. For example- 1999 is the birth year but you were born only one day let's say 20th March. So 20th March is puberty and the whole duration of teenage years is adolescence.
