Wow this episode was incredible. Sky's accident was certainly a scary one and as a parent myself I can't imagine what her parents were going through at the time, for her to recover from that so fast was a sheer miracle. Such an inspirational young woman to everyone.

Sky was back on this ramp jumping over the gap for Tony Hawk's Vert Alert competition. Taking 1st in both women's vert and best trick.

If Sky can medal in Paris in both skating and surfing that would be awesome! Had no idea this was the same little girl who I saw years back on her shared account with her brother Ocean called awsmkids. Kid has loads of talent!

Maybe it's better to put some soft cushion between the gap for protection?

They have since put a deck over the top of the gap so you'd land on the top of the ramp rather than the bottom.

@@sulagreen5792 It's a good question, no idea but with the decking covering the top you can't fall onto the concrete. Sky was back at this ramp last week for a competition and was going over the gap to overcome her fear. She is skating in the finals this weekend.
