I think the reason they were mostly dragons is that there are so few dragons, and they have the most insane resistances, so they usually end up being staples in peoples parties.. plus they usually are the best designed out of all the pokemon of their gen

I love the references to movesets and abilities in competitive, like the Garchomp verse "When I'm veiled by the sand you may land in a tomb." and referencing being banned from OU, or with the Kommo-O verse the reference to the Belly Drum/Drain Punch combo.

Pseudo Legendary pokemon are those with stats on par of Legendary pokemon, but they aren't legendary as there are multiple of them that you can acquire. Most of them are indeed dragons, the only two not being dragons are Tyranitar and Metagross

3:04-3:37 The Pokemon that eventually fully evolves into Salamence has always been named Bagon, not Dagon. Cam Steady's verse for Garchomp is definitely my #1 favorite throughout this Pokemon rap cypher, especially since Garchomp will always be my #1 favorite Pseudo-Legendary Pokemon. Also, not all the Pseudo-Legendary Pokemon are Dragon-types because Tyranitar is a Rock/Dark-type and Metagross is a Steel/Psychic-type.
