Bruh, I went to see The Final Destination at the mall with some friends and my girlfriend when it came out. The movie theater was on the second floor and once the movie was finished and we were leaving, I have never opted to take the stairs over an escalator so fast in my fucking life. Final Destination has a lot of gruesome deaths in the series but something about that one specifically gets under my skin SO bad.

Which is awful because there are a few lumber companies in the area where I live, and several split highways like that scene. I have to drive that way to get to work, and many days I've actually had panic attacks because I've seen a lumber truck getting on the highway.

I've never heard of at least half of these films. Never been a big horror movie fan. That said, as a kid, I hung upside down on the edge of the sofa and watched Johnny Depp get sucked in and power spewed out of the bed over and over, just amazed how the sfx team made a miniature set to film that scene. So cool.

A lot are very new (2020s) or quite obscure. Even where it's a well-known franchise like Friday the 13th, they picked later entries that didn't do so well. Jaws, Alien, Hellraiser and Nightmare on Elm Street are pretty much the only original & iconic ones in here, and Alien is more a sci-fi action film than horror.
