For sure, but this episode was just a HipHip/Rap/Pop edition. And, there’s a lot of this kinda music in the Spotify hitlists... I don’t listen to these artists that much myself, but I guess it is wuite accurate.... If they’ll ever do a more rock and pop/rock edition, they would probably put Kensington and Direct in it. 😊

I'm surprised that they were shocked that Dutch people speak English (also in songs). It's very normal to speak English in the Netherlands. That's because of all the foreigners that come to the Netherlands. I'm Dutch myself and I have most of my classes in English (I did choose to do so). But even people who don't get their classes in English can speak English very well

It means colonized. It became big because of an animation of Dutch colonization. Go to any video about the Dutch and I guarantee someone will he saying gekoloniseerd.

Missed chance to show these kids 'Get Ready for This' - which is played at tons of major sport events in the US - which is performed by Dutch group 2 Unlimited. Also, like many other reactions in here, the Dutch invented 'The Voice'. Sadly not many Americans know this, as they are so US focused and it starts already at a young age already.
