Happy New Year guys 🤗 was looking foward to your review 😁Hiko is no joke, If he was to go he would literally wrap up the whole Juppongatana solo , He is on another level compare to Kenshin at the moment, that's why he calls him rusty, his skills are sharp still, even though Kenshin has packed up all his enemies he does it with the mind he does not want to kill them and holds back so basically not as sharp as his hitokiri slasher days hence the reason he went to his master to finish his training to get stronger as to not revert and kill again, P.S. Hoji is a 10 sword but not physically fighting he's like Shishio most loyal advisor, strategist, he is completely loyal as you saw he got even more resolve in this episode As usual awesome reaction and Happy New Year again, have a great Year 🤗 🙏🏼😁

Hoji is one of Ten Swords but his role is as a master strategist and more like Shishio's chief of staff, not fighter

Remember that Kenshin's master Hiko is not using a reverse blade sword. He has to be careful not to fatally wound Kenshin when they are going all out during their training LOL.

Rurouni Kenshin has some of the best fights in all of anime. The fights are well thought out. And each fight brings something unique to the table whether it is a unique fighting style or weapon featured. The fights may not last long but it's realistic in that fights against a master are usually short.

Spoiler alert! -------- Knowing the story forward, I love how the anime makes it just obvious enough that Aoshi was holding back against Okina.

its not, they are equal in some parts This is better because of the better animation and NO FILLER the other one is great in the soundtrack and the direction, but lack animaton and has a lot of filler.
