12:34 That is the point. To show that both sides exaggerate to get points. White side did it too. He is a talented rapper - he is saying what he meant. He's criticizing everyone. They are saying they aren't racist, but everyone is biased. 19:48 THIS is what we all understood too. But it was just a bad slogan (although I still really don't understand how folks didn't understand the silent "too".). The "too" at the end could have worked so much better.
