I've had that problem of the sparrow falling thru the map at that exact spot before. It was sometime last year I think there was a week where there was just a hole in the floor right there. Wasn't even a one off, I actually had to teach myself to jump there to keep from falling thru

9:30 This happens because if not everyone in your strike team has loaded in and you're already reaching speeding to this point of the cave before it loaded the wall in properly (The white wall supposed to stop you from progressing until everyone has loaded in). The game will spawn the wall later than it should, and if unlucky with the timing, it appears right on top of you, and if that happens, it sinks you downward through the floor, out of bounds. I had that happen once on foot, but several times on sparrow ; I presume it's easier for it to happen on sparrow because of the longer collisionbox. Glad someone got a recording of the issue and submitted it, as it is very strange to explain without visual proof.
