Just keep in mind that if you try and help everybody, all that will happen is you will burn out, you'll end up resenting the demands on your time and emotional energy, and you'll help no one. If you help the people you can help while staying sane and healthy yourself, you are doing a truly good thing, but also importantly a SUSTAINABLE thing. I am intimately familiar with the way depression and anxiety can lie and lie and lie and convince you that you are never doing enough, never good enough, never truly doing everything you should be. It's a trap, don't listen to it... Help the people you can and trust that all you can healthily do is more than enough. Certainly light years beyond what most people do. Also, while I very much look forward to seeing your original content, know that there is no such thing as being 'just' a reactor. A good reactor (and you are very much a good reactor) can help their audience experience something familiar as if it is new again, can bring back to people the joy they felt the first time they encountered something. That is not nothing! That is bringing a bit of happiness into a world that desperately needs it, and so is most definitely worthwhile. So, just something to think about...

@@MutedAlphaBehavior I would just like to add to Ian Thomas's comment, that when you help us, we then have more capacity to help others as well. So you are helping more people than you realize. I'm the type of person that loves to help others, at this point in my life i am so burnt out, my soul is so depleted, i do not have anything left to give. I lost my ability to care. Connecting with authentic people who care nourishes me, and when i'm nourished i do my best to nourish those around me. And based on the comments i've seen, there are many others like us who will be nourishing those around us as we can. Im not sure how coherent my comment is, i think it conveys what i intend it too. Thank you for being you, for sharing yourself with us, for caring about us, and nourishing us as you are able. And giving us a place to find each other. You will not be able to get to everyone, likely not even most. Simply giving us a space where we can connect with others makes a difference on its own. Many others will also be there for each other and able to do so because your content helped us find each other. Do what flows in the moment for you. Make sure what you are doing nourishes YOU as well. Heck, don't do anything that doesn't nourish you while nourishing someone else. There are many different aspects of ourselves we need to nourish to be healthy. Our bodies, minds, and souls. Make sure at least one of these is being nourished anytime you do something for someone else, and be sure you aren't depleting any one of these to a critical point in the process. You have so much to offer, and at the same time, limited resources (everyone does). Take care of you, and i'm sure that your doing so will help others whether you realize it or not.
