@@virginiawoolf2343 does it work like that? It’s been awhile since I had to take that glucose test. If you have gestational diabetes won’t it always just come up positive on the test no matter what you eat as long as you follow the directions the Dr gives. I hope she doesn’t have it though!

You can be fat and not have diabetes. That said I think Alex is very unhealthy and whether she wants to accept or not all her complaints for such a young person says that a formal diagnosis is in her near future. Troll yourself Alex it is your toes.

She got GD just not admitting it. A week of “clean eating” doesn’t change anything. That’s not how diabetes works. It’s a combination of tests of instant insulin response and an A1C reading of over the last three months. If her numbers have increased over time and if she is borderline they will tag her. She is high risk and physical has symptoms of GD. Mark my words if she starts talking about being in bed all day, she was put on bed rest.

And she would have lied about her result if it was positive anyway, so she could've just eaten per her "normal" to find out if her son needed a doctor's help preventing damage from high blood sugars via getting an accurate diagnosis, and still told her audience and haters that she's negative. We'd all have the same reactions, and would be left wondering either way. Her hubris is not only eclipsing this child's well-being, it's stomping all over it. This is all so sickening.

It’s always crazy to me how her knee looks hyper extended on the opposite leg of the knee pop. It looks like her leg is on backwards. She is going to have so many knee problems when she gets older. She hates her figure, more than likely blames her mother as they have the same neck hump and tube like shape. Her mom on the other hand doesn’t have knock knees / introverted knee caps. She has never been body positive nor confident in her appearance. This has a great impact on why she eats her feelings/emotions. Her negative attitude towards her body has her passive aggressive behavior eating herself to death. She utilizes her obese body to earn a living as a plus size positive person that she isn’t. She knows if she ever became a skinny queen her whole entire career of filming her lifeless life would come to a halt. Obesity is her one and only claim to easy money and a life style she believes everyone is jealous of. HA! She is mentally sabotaging herself and blames the viewers literally paying her with views. She is not delusional, just eating away at her truth one meal to the next. This pregnancy is all about a pass to eat as much as she wants and to link baby items for profit. The shape of the nursery said it clearly. She doesn’t care about the whole human she is bringing into her world just how she can benefit from it.

I am pretty sure she has though. She showed them in the elevator at the 20 week scan. That is not my issue with Alex, my issue from day one is that she has had and still will have an extraordinary number of appointments which highlights that she is very high risk, but she is just not honest and some of her followers will just think see she is okay so I will be okay at 350lbs plus.

@@nicpic1985 so ONCE out of all these times? I still think it's weird. She even posted a picture of her at a doctor's office when she had a cold. But nothing from the OB/GYN visits. Any other creator going through pregnancy shows doctor appointments pretty regularly. As long as she's in a private area she can film. She just can't film other patients. The doctor may not want to be on film. But she documents none of it. We get her on a toilet at Target (and everywhere else) but never at her OB visits. It's weird.

Hospital tours are common now for labor & delivery, especially if it’s a facility that specializes in L&D. It’s more about familiarizing the patient with the facility, rooms and procedures so that some of that anticipatory stress can be relieved when labor kicks in. It helps if patients know exactly where to go, etc, especially if it’s an urgent situation. 💓 Also…her lips are PURPLE. 😳😳😳

Happy Sunday friends! Nella, when I had my daughter 29 yrs ago we had hospital tours. They were fun! It got me really excited for my baby’s arrival. I went on 2 tours and chose the hospital that had a NICU with the higher level of care because I was high risk. I didn’t wait until the last trimester. I did tours and classes towards the end of my 2nd trimester. 💗 Alex hasn’t even shared a book she’s read. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thank you for posting early Nella! ♥️

We did a hospital tour. At the end of the tour, we were able to preregister so we wouldn't have to do it during labor. The way she shops at Target & doesn't have a Red card...she is so dumb.

I need to say something then I’m done lmao Aex- you often play a little dumb and incapable just to get yar’s attention . Something came to mind when you said “ depending who’s on duty with baby .” Now it sounds like you’re not putting pressure on for nursing . I’m not saying to . But I will say , Please go with your instincts . Don’t just act like you can’t handle to have Yar be attentive . Breast feeding has a hump , just like pregnancy , Labour and Birth . Put on Postpartum and we go through it . But we are built to do do it . Please please , TRY . Try and let yourself grow up and be a Mom on demand . Don’t pass the puck just to have help for sake of having help . This may not resonate until later . But mom’s do the most . Let yourself at least Try . This is your chance . Yar will help where he can . And he should ! Nothing “should “ be on us . But a lot is . And that’s just the way it is . Let that instinct kick in before you let go . Again , this may be a little deep for right now but it will make sense . I mean IT SHOULD. It’s up to her .

If she has a c-section (which is a strong possibility) she's not going to be able to have that thing on the side of the bed by her. You have to roll out of the bed. You can't pull yourself up or move your body around all that mess. I would imagine even with a vaginal birth you aren't trying to maneuver around something parked at the bedside like that.

I had a C Section with my son. It was very painful. I did have the bassinet next to my bed, but when I wanted to get up, I just rolled it out of the way.

@@ImJustReacting I'd be worried the baby could roll out? With that side unzipped? For me it was a whole process getting up out of the bed after a c-section. I didn't want anything else to have to deal with 😆It's all foreign to me though. We never had our babies sleep in our room or in our bed.

Girl I took a tour of the hospital before I had my daughter and I was ready to move in. The birthing suites were so nice you could set your own lighting, they had queen sized beds, and big bath tubs you could use to help with labor pains. I was like yes I'll take all this. Then I went in for my 37 week ultrasound and she was breech so I had to have a c section and didn't get none of that lol

I think her “shot” may have been them testing her A1C. Maybe her obgyn didn’t think her readings were correct, and did a testing just to make sure. There was no bump again, and her clothes were not oversized. When you are swimming in your clothes Alex, then you can say they are oversized. Again maybe she did get a shot for some reason, but they are going to tell you why. I always know when her lies come out, she rambles on and on and none of it makes any sense. I am a bit confused on something, I thought she was going to a midwife? Isn’t that what she said after her BMI rant? 🧐🤔

Good evening from the city, I wanted her to try on the white tennis dress so you could laugh so hard and I could laugh with you and tear her a new A-s. I wanted to see her stomach in that dress, but 🤣🤣 I knew she was doing to come back with an excuse why she didn’t put it on. That swing she said her mom brought it for her it was her baby shower gift. It’s a cheap one, the one I got my daughter it was gray and it goes back and forward and left to right with the music. I hope that’s not one that has a recall because of the legs isn’t sturdy for the allowable weight it states on the swing.
