The black stick figure's name is "The Chosen One". He's the main antagonist of Animator vs Animation 2 and 3. Might be a good idea to go back and watch the original four videos in order. There's a pretty good storyline here. Also, he's not to be confused with "Victim" from the first AvA or "The Dark Lord" from AVA 3. Also, the orange stick figure is called "Second Coming". The other stick figures are just named by colour. Red, Blue, Green and Yellow. So there's a little backstory for ya.

To fully understand this animation, you should watch the full animation Vs animator series. Basically, the character that you see at the end is the chosen one, who wrecked havoc in Alan Becker's computer and completely broke his Windows XP. He had no choice but to get a new computer. The orange character is called the second coming, who was the second version of the chosen one but had no powers. Now the chosen one has returned to the series after a peaceful while.

Responding to @@tienhainguyen1012 Yes, Alan managed to convince the second coming to help him. He has this conversation with the second coming: SC: stop Alan: You talk? SC: Please don't end me Alan: I won't end you. You need to calm down. SC: You need to die Alan: Hey, you're a really good animator. If you help me animate, I'll let you out. (The Second Coming was trapped in a box in his animating software, Adobe Flash) SC: No Alan: Why? SC: You ended my friends (The Second Coming met his friends in a site called Stick Figures Fight. The stick figures managed to get out of the site while Alan wasn't at his PC and messed around in Facebook, when Alan came back he ended the processes of the stick figures in Chrome.) Alan: Oh. (Refreshes the page and his friends come back) SC: When do we start? At this point The Second Coming calmed down and was obedient. But in this animation his old form, The Chosen One, came back. If you turn on captions at that point in the real animation, The Second Coming recognises him and The Chosen One recognises Alan Becker.

In case you didn't know, the black stickfigure is the old stickfigure the animator tried to delete. After stopping the black stickfigure, instead of deleting it, he saved it as an "AntiVirus" specifically to destroy viruses. Now you probably know what'll happen next.

The Dark Lord was likely destroyed alongside Alan's old computer. The last anyone heard about him, he was indirectly mentioned once in AvA 4. He's also functionally identical to The Chosen One, so I personally wouldn't put money on him re-appearing any time soon.

In that way, The Chosen One has powers. He destroys his Windows Computer leading to a new computer. He doesn’t put an end to The Chosen One. He escapes, leading to this new dimension in his new computer, helping the Stickfigures after realizing Alan has changed. Then leaves after destroying this Virus.
