I definitely think she is on insulin. She has been cutting sugar and she isn’t acting like she is on ozempic. When I was on it, a month in I could barely eat. She is just consuming ozempic content and acting like them.

How crazy would it be for amber to be on insulin before foodie?? Geez. Although if amber is diabetic, she's keeping it's a big secret because she doesn't want to get the backlash because it's completely self-inflicted and she would also catch black for when she does eat junk on camera although it wouldn't surprise me she denies being even pre-diabetic but I don't buy that. I wonder if during her blood work during this kidney stone situation they found out she was actually diabetic

She's not on insulin. I've been doing insulin for the good part of 20 yrs. I went back and looked at her meds - it's a syringe in a baggie because it's made up at the spa place. Insulin is labeled. No one is getting specially made insulin at a spa. It makes me choke just to think of getting meds from such a place. Insulin comes in vials or pens. She's not taking one shot of insulin a week, supplied in its own syringe. I assume it's only once a week because her mother has to give it to her and she's too big (literally) a baby to inject herself, so she's not dosing with meals off camera. Even if she took it once a day, it would be a long acting insulin, in a frigging pen or vial, that she would take at night to help as 'background' during the day. Pens can be left out of the fridge once they're opened. Again, I've been doing this for many years. She's taking some concocted semaglutide from the spa.

If Amber wants more protein, she should get it from meat, eggs, etc. The "protein" in junk food is not helping most people. If anything, it hurts these women, because they use it to justify their addiction to processed food. Also, am I the only person who does not believe Amber was ever an alcoholic or addicted to weed? I genuienly believe she made up addictions , so she could act like a hero who overcame the drug. Especially since we know she absorbs the personalities of those she is around. Her Mom was a drug addict who got clean, so now Amber is a drug addict who got clean? Nah. I just do not believe for one second that she was this severe drug addict. Food is her drug, and she is not giving that up.

Thank you!!! I 10000% agree with you. I called this two when she moved to Oklahoma I just saw this happening. She hates that her mom gets praise on her channel for literally "doing the damn thing" and being sober, eating healthy, losing weight. Basically all the shit she can't do. I definitely saw her quickly becoming jealous. Also this is one of those things that really makes me angry that she's doing because basically is invalidating all the hard work that people do to get sober. I know personally how hard it is because I'm an addict(trying to get my shit together currently)I was sober for 10 years and then some stuff happened and was back to using her0in. To me she treats it like it's funny and a joke and there's nothing funny cute or quirky about addiction, I bet her own mother can tell her that. You're also so right that food is her drug, her and foodie beauty if I replace food with drug in a lot of their sentences you wouldn't even be able to tell someone was talking about food. Those gorls need go to some sort of addiction rehab OA or something like that, otherwise they'll never lose and keep weight off. Also do you think amber actually has BED? I don't think she does because I now people with it and theyre so ashamed of what they do and amber seems proud of it. I think she's just a food addict.

37:55 I wasn't on Ozempic, but I did take Phentermine (which is the same weight loss pill she took years ago back during her infamous "I'm eating 3 really big slices of pizza.... pepperoni, I'm not really a pepperoni girl, but I need to get something in my system"). Quick background, I took Phentermine to lose weight for military regs. I was 185 at my heaviest with a body fat percentage of 44%, and I lost about 35 pounds over the course of two months and got down to 29% body fat. For reference, I'm the same height as our Big Cherry Pookie Gorlie Pop. Anyway, when I first started taking Phentermine, I literally (yes, literally) did not eat a single thing for two weeks straight. Because just the THOUGHT of food made me nauseous. And that was where most of my weight loss came from. I lost about 15 or so pounds in those two weeks because 1) I wasn't eating, and 2) I was still getting daily exercise. According to my smart watch, I was burning about 1,200 calories every day ON TOP of what my body naturally burns just to stay alive. And just to put that into perspective, to burn one pound of fat you need to expel about 3,000 calories. So I lost about a pound every day. My heart rate was never below 100 bpm (my doctors okay'ed me about this, so no need to worry) except for when I was sleeping. Around week three, I got a bit of an appetite back so I was actually eating at that point. And I ate whatever tf I wanted: pizza, cookies, chips, etc because I was only able to eat four bites before I got nauseous again. A single pizza from Pizza Hut or whatever would last me an entire week because I would eat one slice, get full, and wouldn't eat anything else for the rest of the day. So even though I was eating, and I was eating nothing but crap, I still lost another 10 pounds over the next two weeks. So in one month, I lost about 25-30 pounds. Phentermine is usually only taken for one month before you stop, because it loses it's effectiveness over longer periods of use. But I took it for another month just to keep me on track until I got measured for military regs. It definitely had WAY less of an effect on me throughout month two. I got a lot of my appetite back, but I was still eating less than before and my heart rate was still over 100bpm, so I still lost another few pounds during month two. I don't know how Ozempic typically effects people, but my personal experience on Phentermine makes me believe Hamburgerlynn is NOT taking it whatsoever. She lost less weight in 6 months than I did in 1 month. She's a damn liar. People on My 600lb Life lose more than she does, and they don't take weight loss medicine. She's LYING through her teeth and I'm not falling for it.

She claims to have 150lbs of Lynnphademas which means she’s basically claiming to have 150lbs of fluid and impossible to remove fat. However, losing only 20lbs somehow made her have them under control? The maths isn’t mathing.

I am a type 1 diabetic, been on insulin for 30 years and on Mounjaro for a year and a half. Her meds didn’t appear like insulin. As for what she’s eating, she doesn’t seem like she’s eating like she’s on Ozempic but she isn’t putting in the effort. She is pushing herself to eat, not letting the Ozempic do its job. My first month was not as rough as most have expressed. I went from 196 to 105 in 6 months. I’m on Mounjaro still for maintaining my blood sugar. I do recall trying to eat one of my favorite greasy meals while in the beginning and I threw up, I haven’t been able to eat it since, no desire. Which is why it’s so dumb to see her eating like shit. She needs therapy and a higher dose. Also, she gets nauseous at night because the her stomach contents push up because she’s so full. It still happens to me a year and a half in.

14:32 I'm gonna tell you a secret: The reading for ml is exactly the same as for g. Liters (L or l) and therefore also milliliters (mL or ml) is a volumetric measure - like gallons. And gram (g) or kilogram (kg) is a weight measure - like lbs or oz. A scale can do only weight measurements. So the the ml unit setting is bollocks. It only works for water and very watery liquids because 1 ml of water by definition weighs 1 g. So for the milk it is fine - but you don't need to change the unit away from g. But for oils and sirups and other liquids that have a significantly different density than water, you are gonna be waaaaaay off with that measurement. So: measure solids on a scale and liquids in a measuring jug of adequate size that has enough marks to really measure it.

Meat protein is literally SO important. I was like your son growing up, I always just wanted meat like in a sandwich id always throw the bread away and eat the meat or burger instead. All that meat that I ate growing up really helped because when I developed crohns disease I lost a lot of weight really rapidly like faster than Amber claims that she did, 20 lbs in 1 month and I was only 105 pounds to start with and I didn't change my diet just malabsorption it just got worse as time went on and eventually got to the point I couldn't keep water down and had to be admitted to the hospital and got diagnosed with crohns there(I was waiting to see a GI, 11 months to see one at a university hospital and thats because I acted right away unlike amber)When I could eat though I was eating hardboiled egg whites, chicken soup(no pasta) and drinking milk and yeah I was weak and sick but at a single digit bmi I could still walk and have a coherent conversation with someone and I truly believe its because I always ate my protein and a lot of it. I truly believe even then I had more muscle than her, oh and I barely lost any hair and still healed quickly. I also always took vitamins. I think obese people are malnourished in a different way than I was from crohns. Theyre just not eating things that have literally no nutritional value therefore being malnourished as someone who has Ana. Also fun fact I actually started losing my hair in the hospital when they made me eat more carbs than meat because its "easier to digest" when I was on TPN I didn't lose my hair, funny how that works protein and healthy fat are literally so important. I'm still quite underweight but I just don't want to be on steroids and have had reactions to the biologics so I just try to eat healthy lots of omega 3 foods. She needs to learn nutrition and not from a ED clinic they push sweets and carbs all those girls are still so sick. Sorry for the rant her "protein" thing really set me off because I eat more protein than she does daily easy and yes I eat fatty cuts of red meat. Amber has all the time in the world she could even make bone broth like I do its not hard she's just lazy.

If amber and Chantal just ate real, whole food and not processed junk, they'd lose weight. No problem. They need to move more, use 5lb dumbells, use resistant bands. Drink a gallon of water a day, then shred 10 lb a week. It's hard to over eat when it's non processed.

This is the truth! If she’s making meals from scratch with real minimally processed meats and veggies with smaller amounts of simple carbs then she would drop maybe a pound a day. I was losing a pound a day being sedentary by doing water, tea and broth fasts with electrolytes and my highest weight was only 335

Premier Protein makes a cereal that isn’t bad. Same with Magic Spoon. Special K has a lot of sugar. As for ALR, she needs to be losing more weight, more quickly. No way she will sustain slow weight loss for the 3 or 4 years she would need to sustain. No guarantee she even has that much time.

Re: being able to tell a difference with 19lbs gone. I wonder where she loses weight the quickest. For me I lose in the thighs, but not the butt, and boob's. The last place I lose is the butt and stomach. Not to give her much grace, but maybe she can tell in just one area of her body and that's what she's referencing. If she ate the keto, ketovore, or carnivore diet, she'd minimize inflammation in her body and probably reduce swelling considerably. And, um, get that elusive protein she keeps searching for.

If you get a needle n just pop the skin the lymph fluid will weep out for days. Plus a person can get micro tares in the skin n bam cellulitis can spread like wildfire. The lymphedema fluid retention can build up so bad it can send a person into chf it would be noticable with a lower ab. Cellulitis n swelling. In certain circumstances the automatic leg pumps could possibly put a person in chf to of used daily but it depends on the severity of lymphedema.
