We are absolutely obsessed rn with this game! 😭 literally just playing 2.4 update on our day off today! So happy to have new content since we just finished penacony very recently! THAT STORY ARC is what made us start recommending it to all our friends and convince them to play with us 🤣 AND AGREED! Nice reactions. I highly highly recommend playing through each of the character-specific side quests, as well as the past events. In the event panel, there's a button in the bottom left to toggle past events so you can still play them and experience the story, unlike in Genshin where if you miss a story-heavy event you'll never get to play it. They don't offer the limited-time bonus rewards, but a lot of them are pretty fun and have some extra lore/character development. P.S. Adrian is my GOAT for his Jingliu appreciation

Huohuo literally just goes Domain Expansion. To clarify, no Huohuo is not a child, its kinda the epitome of not judging Xianzhou characters by appearances, she has worked at the 10 Lords Commission for 38 years (For context, Yukong's adult Foxian daughter is 28). Energy parasites being attached tend to stunt growth it seems.

dr ratio is a very unique character, he is not being harsh and rude bc he wants to be, is part of him and his way of thinking (plus he is autistic if you didnt knew), more you learn about him more you will like him, he cares about humanity no matter how many times you will hear him calling people idiots. he can be easily the best husbando in the game. so far he have the most unique design and personality (and belive me tons of people simp for that man no matter what XD ), ofc some have mixed feelings about him at 1st but it doesnt take much to change those opinions

I really enjoyed the video. The reason why Argenti didnt had a voice in game was because he former voice actor left the team at hoyo for various reasons, just like some other VA, maybe because of the SAG AFTRA strike at the moment. But he used to have his lines voice acted prior to the strike

@@adrianandelizabeth @khazomr7098 the VA confirmed on twitter it had nothing to do with the Strike it was problems with the actual agency he works with, most of the Hoyo VAa won't actually be affected by the strike since they aren't on the list of what they are striking against since Hoyo already uses union actors, Though some are not playing genshin to play it safe since that game in particular is in a gray area Alejandro Saab for example is doing this, voice of Jing Yuan, Cyno Genshin impact, & Anton of ZZZ

And Argenti's VA split with Hoyo/the studio was 3-6months ago due to the cycle and needing time to get the performances. There is a new VA for Argenti now and it was only noticed in game with no official announcement.

Let's say you didn't really reviewed the trailer but a mix between trailer and character. I'm saying this because I think that Sparkle trailer is way better than all the ones in narwhale category by far. The music, the coreography, the quality itself is way too better than the previous trailer. But it's ok, nice video anyway. Maybe not too much sense the title of the video itself

I can't believe they started the game after me and have finished the game before me (I'm still on the loufu, i take my time, i began playing when Ratio was still a free gift) Also i don't know if you've seen recent plans for warps but they're putting Acheron and Aventurine against each other in 2.6, its so cruel, my bank account is begging me not to E6 them both because my goodness i want to so bad And if that wasnt bad enough they have the new character (Rappa) against DHIL (or daniel as you call him) too so what am i supposed to do here

The story line was just so good, we couldn't stop playing! When we like something a lot we tend to hyperfixate and binge play/watch 😆 wish we got our free Dr. Ratio, we missed him by a little 🥲 And YESS we barely made it through feixiao, robin, lingsha and topaz 😭 we got most of them to prep for teams with Acheron and Aventurine sooo it's going to be painful upcoming patches 😭😭 I will see how our mental state is before trying to pull rappa and DHIL 😂 (and Fugue & Sunday will be coming eventually too rip 😫)

@@adrianandelizabeth I can't blame you the story is great I just reaaaaally take my time when I'm enjoying something (I've left so many games unfinished), my only goal is to get to Blade before DHIL banner appears, I don't think I'm far Ratio was a great unit for just starting out he's pretty strong and I was surprised he was free but there's apparently a story behind that 😂 2.5 was also very cruel yeah, the triple banner of Robin, Kafka, and Black Swan alongside Feixiao definitely cost me, the only ones I didn't get was Robin and Topaz (I already have one of her) in favour of at least trying to save some for Rappa, DHIL, and the cruel Acheron Aventurine banner. When Fugue and Sunday come out I'll inevitably try to get at least one of them but am comfortable waiting for a rerun too unless their trial blows me away like most of them do

It's better to take your time honestly because you can enjoy the side quests and not be like "who are you!?" when it's a character in the main story that you were suppose to meet in a side quest 😂 But oooo can't wait until you finished the Loufu and see what you think of Penacony 👀 And omg the triple banner they did was so evil but genius 😭 we also try to be selective in what to pull but then we inevitably pull for most of the characters anyways because they are so good 😂 I hope you get everything you want though! It's been painful just getting one copy of characters so been having to miss lightcones and Eidolons 🥲

@@adrianandelizabeth I made sure to finish all the Belobog sidequests before I went to the Loufu so I will definitely be doing the same with the Loufu and Penacony, I've seen parts about it and I know it's quite the place and I'm excited to get there and experience it Hoyo are certainly evil geniuses alrighty, I joined when the Black Swan banner was first open so having her rerun I simply had to get her, and Kafka was a no brainer because it's Kafka, had to skip Robin because I have no place for her right now and I had to try and have something for Lingsha and once i got her I simply stopped so i could have savings for the next lot, my bank account is still going to scream at me though. I haven't bothered with the light ones either for the exact reason of saving for characters, eventually I aim for at least 1 of each but when it comes to characters like Acheron I'm much more tempted to E6 her despite already having her because she's just so good and useful for exploration Thank you for your hopes and I also hope you get what you want, we'll all be suffering together with 2.6 so hope is all we can do 😂

When we got to the loufu, the influx of side quests was crazy so that's when they started piling up for us 😂 And Penacony is definitely a rollercoaster journey but enjoy the Loufu while you're in it for sure! 😀 And totally agree about Acheron just ruining the budget 😭 she is just so good and to run her with aventurine is just so mean (rip my wallet)! Adrian and I came in on the firefly banner so Lingsha was a must for our firefly team 🤩 Also , very happy to talk to people who love HSR as much as us! Hoping both our luck is peak for next banners 🤞 we will all suffer together for real 😂

@@adrianandelizabeth If you do, be warned, the early chapters, 1-3, are VERY rough, and haven't had much to any updating, and some of the lore set-ups they do are dropped in favour of other tracks. The combat is more Devil May Cry than Final Fantasy like Star Rail, so take that into account. It's also not got an EN voice over option, if that matters.

I won't spoil anything, but there's a reason some people call it Depression Impact, and there's probably been memes and references you might have seen around Star Rail that originate from Honkai Impact 3rd.
