Jennifer Z personally I disagree because this past year so many great idol groups were created and I don't think it's fair to limit their accomplishments by giving one group a ROTY award. I'm not shaming you or something so don't take this the wrong way please this is just my personal opinion. I'm a multi-stan so for me to choose between TXT, ATEEZ, CIX, ONEUS, EVERGLOW etc. makes me feel wrong 💙

Aside from the visuals offered to us on a silver platter, the thing I absolutely loved about this song is the lyrics. These are heavy. It’s insane to think that they have only been around for a year. I don’t think I consider them an 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 group; in my opinion they are an 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 one.

I agree about ROTY. I'm an Atiny and Moa and while I am happy that TXT won just comparing the accomplishments of the two I do believe Ateez should have won, unfortunately as they are not as big domestically compared to TXT they didn't. Also I was extremely disappointed to see fanwars break out between the two fandoms as Ateez and TXT are both friends and Wooyoung and Yeosang even trained at bighit with some of the TXT members(I think it was mainly Yeonjun though) before they went over to KQ instead. Both groups have mentioned each other and hyped up each others music on vlives and interviews as well so it was just saddening to see the fandoms act as they did.

(A heads up, this post a little long) Lol I honestly expected more pausing. Really enjoyed this song and the changes in the music when they went to Yeosang and San's part were dope. The album is really good too, kinda wish there were more songs but oh well. But yeah the rookie awards situation (at least for male rookie awards) was a mess, especially on twitter. The fanwars got pretty gross between fans of X1, TXT, and Ateez. Which sucks, not only because fanwars are stupid in the first place, but TXT and Ateez have members who are close friends. All three groups are really good and at least for TXT and Ateez (X1 unfortunately was disbanded), the futures are bright. I hate to ramble on, but Ateez unfortunately aren't as popular in Korea as the other two groups. I was watching their performance during GDA, and I heard zero fanchants which had to feel a little discouraging the the boys even though they put on such a good performance.

i agree that they are great performers (seonghwa's Hala Hala fancam is still creeping me out in the best possible way XD) regarding to ROTY, there were many great groups, we know what happened with X1, TXT did better (both digital and physical) on the charts both in Korea and worldwide i think, both of their albums debuted #1 on US and they entered BB200 with their 1st album, only rookie to do so, their 2nd album litereally has no skips, its just a great album, i hope you will listen sooner than later (and dive into their storyline haha) XD they have 8 MVs from 2 albums only (not counting performance vids or eng version of 1 of their songs), they are preparing for Japanese debut , so they have been working hard too sorry for the long rant, wasnt trying to diminish what Ateez accomplished, i really enjoy watching them, just wanted to point out the numbers since you didnt follow other rookies

If you just want to listen to the song so the flow is not interrupted then my video is not for you and you should just watch the MV... this is one of my absolute favorites songs of theirs so obviously my pausing did not affect my ability to absolutely love this song or enjoy this performance. 🤷‍♀️
