Babymetal started in 2010 when the girls were just kids. 10 to 12 years old when they started. Early BABYMETAL is a bit tongue-in-cheek and silly at times. But it's still metal, don't get me wrong. Their first early releases later compiled and released as an album, they just sung songs about young girl issues, school life, playing hide and seek, wanting chocolate, etc. Their second album was a bit more mature sounding, less of the "kawaii" cuteness, with uplifting song subjects, no longer younger subjects. Songs like Karate, and Road of Resistance, encouraging songs of strength and resilience. And songs like Sis Anger and Yava showing their rebellious side but in a good matured way. Their third album was a whirlwind of collaborations with Sabaton, Polyphia, Arch Enemy, and F. Hero, not to mention the genre bending styles mixed in with Indian, Latin, and even a Pirate shanties type song and a Trap Rap battle song. They have gone thru a few member changes. One girl, Yui, left due to health reasons, which left them as a duo for a few years, with stand in dancers taking the third spot for a few years. They just recently added a permanent third member to once again have a trio on stage. So you may see different girls at times in the third position in different recent videos. There is a convoluted lore to the group. A Fox God, metal spirits as musicians, a "metalverse", and a whole confusing storyline that changes constantly. Good first reaction and welcome to the BABYMETAL Foxhole.🦊 You will not find another band quite like BABYMETAL, they do things their own way and they are unique. They introduced choreographed dancing to metal and you will not be able to pigeonhole them or limit them to just one box or genre - they have songs in virtually every metal style and they will also mix many other musical styles and genres in with the metal. They will surprise you with each different song - every one is different to the last. BABYMETAL are Su-metal (lead vocals), Moametal and Momometal (backing vocals, harmonies and in charge of hyping the crowd). The choreography is not like dance you will see pop acts doing, which is mainly to fill the stage and to give us something to watch to take our minds off bland music. It serves two real purposes - it helps to interpret the meaning of the song or of a lyric, but more importantly it is designed to lead the crowd, to get everybody involved and participating so the whole crowd becomes a big part of the performance. Momometal is a new official member since 2nd April this year. She has supported Su and Moa as a dancer since 2019, but now she has been given a mic and will be singing too. The original third member, Yuimetal, last appeared in October 2017 and she left the band 12 months later because of poor health. Early on they did not have the budget for live instrumentalists and they had guys wearing skeleton suits (Babybones) miming the instrumentals to a pre-recorded backing track. In 2012 they finally had enough budget to bring in a live band to support them, so in live shows they are supported by the Kami Band - some of Japan's very best session musicians. The Kami band were phased in gradually and played at a couple of festivals and the encores in some shows. They became the full time support for all live shows early in 2014 and have been with BABYMETAL ever since. As session musicians they all have their own bands and projects, so there have been many musicians play in the Kami band, but the same hard core have played the vast majority of concerts and these are the ones you will see in most live videos - any 2 guitarists from Mikio Fujioka (R.I.P January 2018), Takayoshi Ohmura, Leda CYgnus and ISAO. Bassist BOH and drummer Hideki Aoyama. Since 2019, for the lengthy tours in the US and Europe, the Kami Band of the West has supported them - they are American musicians Chris Kelly and CJ Mascinatonio on guitars, Clint Tustin bass and Anthony Barone on drums. BABYMETAL started in 2010 when Su was 12, Yui and Moa were both 11. They were formed around Su-metal because of her vocal talents and stage presence as a sub-unit of the JPop group Sakura Gakuin, but they split from SG to become an independent band in their own right in 2013. For another reaction I would suggest one of their early songs - 'Headbanger' live at their Legend 1997 concert (Legend 1997 was Su-metal's 16th birthday party in December 2013, she was born in 1997). You can find a good quality video safe to use for reactions for that performance on Gans Tomas channel. Live BABYMETAL is best, they are a live performance act and live is where you will also see and hear the Kami Band.

J'ai celui du concert des 20 ans de 2017 mais c'est celui que j'aimes le moins car c'est le premier concert où elles n'étaient plus que deux. Yui Mizuno ne s'était pas présenté pour des raisons de santé. Elle n'est jamais revenu, est-ce vrai? Une histoire que même les fans ne s'entendent pas. Aujourd'hui ben il a la nouvelle Momoko qui la remplace.

Saut les gars! Plein d'excellents morceaux à découvrir avec BABYMETAL, road of résistance, rondo of nigthmare, ljime dame zettaï, karate et tant d'autres!.. ce groupe est un concept à part entière, basé sur Su, Moa et maintenant Momoko accompagnées du Kami Band. Leur musique est un mix de métal mélangé à toutes sortes d'influences et très marquée de culture Japonaise. En général, on aime ou on déteste (ou on comprend pas..😅) j'ai 53 ans et j'ai toujours été bercé de Maiden, Pantera et autres.. j'ai découvert BABYMETAL il y a 6 ans et après m'être demandé ce que j'étais en train d'écouter, j'ai découvert un groupe à part, extrêmement talentueux et novateur, complètement inclassable et terriblement attachant (bien que tréééés critiqué!!..) qui a totalement changé ma manière d'appréhender la musique. Le seul groupe qui me surprend et peut me donner envie de sauter partout et de pleurer dans la même chanson!! Bienvenus dans l'univers BABYMETAL, peut-être serez vous conquis vous aussi, mais ça.. only the fox god knows!!..😉🤘

pour ma part, j'ai 24 ans et j'écoute du métal depuis bientôt 13 ans , j'écoute beaucoup de groupe différents. Mais quand j'ai découvert babymetal il y a 6 ans moi aussi ,c'était vraiment cool parce que aucun autres groupe que j'écoutais n'était comme elle. Elle sont la définition de l'originalité et ça fait du bien d'écouter autre chose. C'est devenu rapidement mon groupe préféré et ça ne changera pas. Elle ont des musiques comme rondo of nightmare par exemple qui est plus métal et d'autre comme no rain no rainbow ,akatsuki version piano ou brand new day , qui sont vraiment plus calme . Bref ça s'adresse à tout type de personnes avec des style différents. C'est pour ça que c'est les meilleurs 😉🤟🔥❤️

This music video was filmed at the Clear Night concert that took place at PIA Arena MM in Yokohama Japan on the 2nd of April in front of 10,000 fans. The audio is from the studio recording overlaid over the concert video. The live version was actually even heavier!

The band are session musicians known as the Kami Band. It's not always the same people. But most of the time it is. The concept is a Japanese Idol Group that does Metal. So it's Idols in front. There was no band at first. They were a smash hit from the very start and started to integrate a live band into the shows becoming full time in 2014. Their last show with recorded music was 2013. They were started in Oct 2010. But the girls were extremely young and still required by law to attend school full time. Highschool is not required. So once the girls graduated Jr High School they started to be able to do more.

CM. etc) from when a child.😀 And, Suzuka Nakamoto (The lead singer of Babymetal) is a very famous singer. There are many videos of her singing from when she was in elementary school on KZbin.😀

I don't remember any reaction from you before, but is always nice to see old BM fans and reactors coming back to hear more of them, this time returning with a more mature sound and a new BM side we've never seen before. You can also enjoy "Divine Attack - Shingeki" official visualizer, "Monochrome" official lyrics video, METAL KINGDOM official MV and Light And Darkness official MV so far no one is having any copyright blocked issues so don't worry about it. BMTH are great friends of BM, hopefully they will play together one day. Meanwhile they got a World Tour this year, including Sabaton's Europe Tour, Asian and Australian Tour, and then live festival in the US including a recently announced Babyklok Tour along with Dethklok, is gonna be a fantastic year for BM fans, hope you can get the chance to see them live. Here's some short brief basic info about this group: BabyMetal is a Japanese metal dance unit created in 2010 under another Jpop/Jrock group called Sakura Gakuin, they had 11 and 12 years old when started this and become independent after 2013, they created their own genre called kawaii-metal mixing Jpop with metal sound and different subgenres along with many more rhythms. Their name is a reference to a new genre and not related to their ages or "baby" faces, is a pun intended play words with "heavy-metal" which sounds similar to "baby-metal". They are: *SuMetal* (lead vocals), now 25. *MoaMetal* (scream and dance),now 23 *YuiMetal* (scream and dance, former member since 2018) *MomoMetal* scream and dance, she's 20 and is the new official member since April 1st recently. None of them are related. After 2018 you'll see backup dancers performing along with them but none of are official members, they don't sing, only dance, but that status change recently like i said. Besides the girls, none other members of this group are official members. The Kami Band is a group of session musicians performing only live concerts, all of them rotates so you won't find always the same on stage, the majority of times, the Japanese or Eastern Kami Band will be the one you see on stage, but in this MV the Western Kami Band are playing. The producer and creator of this group is KobaMetal, and another key member behind is MikikoMetal, she's in charge of the choreography. I'm pretty sure Mirror Mirror is the single everyone was looking for and is even one of SuMetal's favorite from this album. I like the progressive metal elements, that heavy breakdown and the existential questions. There's also a reference to Macbeth by Shakespeare in the lyrics, besides the obvious reference famously known by Snow White tales. Here's some official info: Mirror Mirror (MIRROR) _Mirror, mirror on the wall...this song embodies a parallel world where the world inside the mirror and the world of reality go back and forth._ _Is what you see in the mirror your true self or the self you wish to be?_ A new official member was announced when performing at PIA Arena MM in Yokohama during April 1st, Momoko Okazaki (the one who has been performing with them since 2019 all these years and latest live concerts) is the chosen one and she finally got her metal tag, say welcome to MomoMetal, we're proud of her and she really deserves it.🍑❤️ Also they performed with a new young BM mirror unit coming from another world of this metalverse, is unclear the full role on this but we're guessing they will sing some of their older kawaii metal hits in between these local concerts to give the girls a break and show another world of this metalverse they created. Thanks for sharing this, the rest of the album tracks are already available in their own channel, so get ready for more blaster tracks. Tout d'abord, un grand merci de prendre la peine d'écouter Babymetal. En passant je suis un grand fan de Babymetal ayant vu 4 concert du groupes. Je les ais connus avec le titre 'Gimme chocolate' le 9 août 2014. Vous parlez de manga, mais je peux vous dire que je connaissais déjà beaucoup de groupe de musique Japonais qui fessaient des thèmes mangas, Flow, Arc en ciel... et je peux vous dire que le monde de Babymetal est complètement différent. Je m'explique, si vous prêtez attention, ils incorporent des beats punk, rock, folk, dubsteb, rap, reggae et j'en passent dans leurs différentes pièces. Ce n'est qu'un exemple. Il faut préciser que même si je jouait un peu de métal à la guitare, je n'ai jamais été un fan de métal, Babymetal m'a fait découvrir ce monde et bien d'autres choses dans les styles musicales. Pour leur histoire, les 3 filles originelles fessaient partie d'un groupe d'idoles qui s'appelent Sakura Gakuin, qui existent toujours' vous pourrez le voir dans le vidéo que Aldo vous a proposé plus bas. Elles font partie de l'agence Amuse inc. Ce n'est pas un groupe organique comme on connait, mais un concept soutenus par une compagnie, les filles ont signées avec dès qu'elles ont entrée dans le groupe d'idoles que j'ai mentionnés. Leur tout premier succès a été Doki Doki morning en 2010, à l'époque elles n'avaient pas de bands. C'était un projet de leur académie d'idoles, 3 filles, chaque trio, leurs thèmes étaient la patissserie, le tennis, les sciences, et finalement Suzuka Nakamoto avec Yui Mizuno et Moa Kikuchi ont créé le club heavy metal band qui est devenue Babymetal. Bon pour faire court, ils ont ajouté le Kami band qui sont devenus leurs musiciens japonais de tournées. Il faut préciser que les musiciens de Babymetal sont interchangeables aujourd'hui ils ont des musiciens Américains. La principale attraction de Babymetal est le chant et la danse( j'adore cette originalité car moi-même ayant fait de la danse je connais la difficulté qu'elles ont en concert de performer) qui provient des idoles japonaises. (Vous comprenez maintenant : c'est du j-pop mélanger avec du metal mais moi j'entends plus que ça!) BabyMetal began in 2010 there were Suzuka Nakamoto age 12 Moa Kikuchi and Yui Mizuno (Yui left in 2018 due to health reasons). Both Moa and Yui were only 11 when the group began. All three were friends and classmates who attended an idol school (Sakura Gakuin) founded in 2010 by Amuse Talent Agency for girls 10 to 15. Themed around school life the girls would learn and train to be idols and graduate at age 15 to move onto whatever entertainment path they chose. Key Kobayashi was a music producer for Amuse and heard Suzuka sing at age 9 and was impressed with her strong vocals and stage presence. Kobayashi was a fan of heavy metal but believed that the genre had become stale and tired (especially in Japan) with metal bands getting old Kobayashi believed the genre needed to be reborn (BabyMetal means the birth of a new metal genre). Kobayashi felt that Suzuka had the ability to front a metal band and that her vocals and presence could withstand the metal guitars and drums. The fusion of Jpop and Metal began. He placed Moa and Yui as backup singers/dancers and a phenomenon was about to result. At first Amuse showed no interest and the girls had only financing from Kobayashi. They performed at strip malls and small venues using clothes borrowed from friends and family. No money for a real band they had friends dressed in homemade skeleton costumes pretending to play instruments to a backtrack. They became a sensation (these young ladies paid their dues) and Amuse saw the potential and in 2012 hired the best session musicians Japan had to offer (The Kami Band) who tours with them today (now includes world class musicians from the USA for tours outside of Asia). Suggest reacting to BabyMetal LIVE as this is where they shine. They have over 50 LIVE songs/performances and each one is different. They are fearless exploring many genres and have the respect of the legends of Metal such as Metallica, Slipknot, Rob Zombie, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Judas Priest and more. Avoid Glastonbury LIVE performances as the sound production by the BBC (who was in charge of that festival did a terrible job - mics not turned on, incorrect volume levels, etc.) Suggest reacting to these for a start. Karate LIVE at 2016 Download Festival in the UK where 60,000+ British metal heads sing along with the girls. Road of Resistance LIVE in Japan Megitsune LIVE Headbanger LIVE Catch Me If You Can LIVE with Kami Band intro At their concert in Yokohama on April 1 it was announced that a permanent third member Momoko Okazaki who is also a graduate of Sakura Gakuin and has been appearing with them LIVE since 2019) has officially become the third member. Vous avez pas fini d'être surpris avec Babymetal 😄 Pour répondre à vos question: il y a bien une chanteuse principale Su-Metal ( Nakamoto Suzuka ), les deux autres membres font principalement la chorégraphie et les choeurs (mais sur les deux premiers albums elles font des duo sur certains morceaux ) Pour le groupe, il s'appelle le Kami Band, les membres tournent mais sont récurrent.

Il a une version mv itou mais le live, comme vous dites lez français, c'est une tuerie. Aussi vous touchez juste le nouveau genre metal de Babymetal est le kawaii metal ou en français le metal mignon. En effet la chanteuse principale est Suzuka ou Su-metal. Parfois les 2 autres peuvent prendre la voix principale alors on parle de black Babymetal. Vous voyez si vous creusez un peu dans le dossier Babymetal c'est plus complexe que vous le croyez dans leurs histoires de leurs origines.

Nice reaction. For many reactors I suggest they start at the beginning with Babymetal so you can grow with the band. Especially since they were so young when they started. You get to literally grow with them. Their very first song is "Doki Doki Morning". Going from this to that will be another shock. Babymetal is full of surprises. Their stage Band is known as the Kamiband. Some of the best session musicians in Japan. If you want to see more of them look for Babymetal songs that have intros. The new album they consider it as 3.5. Not their fourth. I think they want that album to be recorded with the new member Momoko. They've been around for over 10 years. They got a lot of history. This is where you enter the foxhole and your journey begins. Warning listening to Babymetal has been reported to make people happy. Side effects are smiling, laughing, using the fox sign and dancing to metal music. If you see anyone with these symptoms bring them more Babymetal to listen to. Ah tiens, vous voila sur Babymetal XD J'ai longtemps écouté ce groupe et fait quelques concerts (dont un au japon au Tokyo Dôme en 2016). J'ai un peu lâcher, mais les 3 premiers albums je l'ai connait par cœur, et du coup je peux un peu vous expliquer le délire (en tout cas pour les premiers albums) c'est simple chaque titre des 3 premiers album représente un style de Metal (et pas que parfois) et il y mélange de la J-POP Iine! = Indus + J-POP Gimme Chocolate = Thrash Metal + J-POP Onedari Daisakusen = Limp Bizkit style + J-POP Sis. Anger = Death Metal/Black Metal + J-POP Tales of The Destinies = Prog + J-POP Meta Taro - Viking-Metal + J-POP Je l'est ai connu en 2014, a l'époque c'était vraiment des gamines, ca me fait toujours bizarre d'entendre des gens faire des allusions sur elle, j'ai du mal a accepter qu'elles aient toutes au moins 25 ans maintenant 😅🤣 Si vous cherchez un autre groupe bien barré et japonais, je vous conseil "Maximum The Hormone" si vous ne connaissez pas déjà évidement, vu qu'ils ont quand même une certaines notoriété.

Salut les jeunes! Babymetal ou comment un projet educatif dans un lycée japonais est devenu un phénomène mondial! Alors je ne vais pas redire ce qui a été déjà commenté mais le groupe qui accompagne les 3 chanteuses/danseuses est vraiment énorme et chacun de ses membre est très connu au Japon voire sur la scène internationale. C'est une bonne introductino à la scène metal japonaise qui est ....comment dire???...tellement japonaise: un mélange de générique de manga, de cosplay et de très très gros son! Babymetal je recommande tout particulièrement une version de Headbanger plus connue sur YT sous le nom MOABANGER, du nom de MOA METAL une des deux "choristes". Sinon niveau Metal Japonais, je me permet 2 recommandations: Hannabie (we love sweets) and Maximum the Hormone (Koi no sperm). Il se peut que vous aimiez.

BABYMETAL 101 Babymetal is a Japanese group founded in 2010 and produced by Kei “Koba” Kobayashi from the Amuse Inc. talent agency. Babymetal name comes from the birth of a new style of metal fusing j-pop with metal creating what they call Kawaii Metal (Cute-Metal). The group currently consists of Suzuka Nakamoto aka “Su-Metal” (25 years old) sometimes referred to as Vocal and Dance. Moa Kikuchi aka "Moametal", pronounced as Moa-Metal (23 years old) as part of Scream and Dance. Momoko Okazaki aka Momometal (20 years old) as part of Scream and Dance. They are supported by a rotating selection of talented male backing musicians known as the Kami Band (Kami is usually poorly translated as gods, but in truth it more closely means awe inspiring spirit, entity, or object) It is why they are dressed in white to look like ghosts or spirits, though Kami being used as God(s) is so common in translation the white outfits get lost.) Past Formations. Heavy Music Club Era (2010-2012) From 2010 to 2012 Babymetal consists of a three-member formation, Suzuka Nakamoto (Age 12), Moa Kikuchi (Age 10), and Yui Mizuno aka "Yuimetal" pronounced Yui-Metal. (Age 10). First starting out as the Heavy Music Club as a subunit within the Developmental Idol Group created by Amuse in 2010 known as Sakura Gakuin. Sakura Gakuin is a group that introduces girls between the ages of 10-15 to music, dance, modeling, and acting through Japanese Pop idol music and culture. Given a school theme, all three would be a part of Sakura Gakuin until their graduation from it in the same school year they would graduate from Japanese middle school or 15 years old. Suzuka graduated in March 2013, and Moa and Yui in March of 2015. Sakura Gakuin is a fantastic group with great kawaii jpop songs in their own right. During this time there was no lore, and the girl’s costumes were more punkish in nature, which they helped create. They also didn’t perform with live music, using a backing track or the “Skeleton band” people pretending to play music behind them. Music Video of this Era Doki Doki Morning (Debut Song) Iine (Pronounced EE-N A spelled i i n e) Headbangya Babymetal/ Metal Resistance Era (2012-2017) Starting in 2012 with the Legend I concert, Babymetal began its slow divorce from Sakura Gakuin, and was the first introduction of the Kami Band as well as the “Lore” that is still heavily involved in Babymetal but makes far less sense than it did during this time. The Lore is complex and involves a battle against other evil idol corporations, gaining powers, some time travel, running a resistance group, all at the direction of a mythical deity known as the fox god, against an all-power enemy known as Akiba. The first Legend show “I” was the Kami Bands introduction to the end, but it also had the Skeleton Band which is seen in the wildly popular Gimmie Chocolate Music Video. This was followed by Legend D, and then Legend Z, in which it was learned that Babymetal would continue as its own entity after Suzuka’s graduation from Sakura Gakuin in March of 2013. Slowly over 2013 the Skeleton Band would be phased out of all live shows, as Babymetal came into their own. Babymetal as it is with Su-Metal, Moametal, Yuimetal, the Kami Band, and a somewhat understandable lore is what consisted for the majority of its existence. Also established beyond the 3-member formation, they had 2 other set ups, one was what fans called Su-Solos, and it would just be Su on stage with the Kami band, performing a solo, and the other is known as Black Babymetal by the band themselves, which consisted of just Moa and Yui. Music Videos of this Era Gimmie Chocolate Megitsune Rondo of Nightmare - With mischief of the Gods Intro (Su Solo and a great expedition of the Kami Band) Road of Resistance Live in Japan (Co-written by Dragonforce) Iijime, Dame, Zettai Live at Sonisphere (Name means No More Bullying Forever) Karate The Dark Times, The Chosen 7 Era (2018) In December 2017, Yui would miss the Legend-S concert for health reasons, these health problems would prosiest into 2018 and greatly affect the 2018 touring season bring the “Chosen 7” formation, consisting of Suzuka Nakamoto, Moa Kikuchi, and 2 backing dancers Minako Maruyama, and Minami Tsukui. Changes they would not tell fans and all throughout 2018 communicate extraordinarily little causing lots of pain for all involved fan and performer. This era is noted by their strange armor like costumes, sometimes referred to as Elf Armor. To make the poor communication, and Yui’s absence wasn’t bad enough, one of the more regular Kami band members, Mikio Fujioka passed away after falling off a balcony in late December 2017 while star gazing. A beloved and incredibly talented musician lost, leaving behind his wife and only child. In September 2018 Yui formally resign from Babymetal, stating her unspecified health and wishing to move on. Babymetal themselves announced that the group will move on focusing on Suzuka and Moa. (Something many idiots within the fandom refuse or are too stupid to understand) In October Babymetal had a concert called Dark Night Carnival which added dancers, Shoko Akiyama, Saya Hirai, and Kotono, placing a total of seven girls on stage. This was also done without warning to fans and was an absolute mess. Babymetal would finish off the 2018 tour season returning to the 3-member formation with just Saya Hirai joining them in southeast Asia and Australia. Ending one of the most troubling times in Babymetal’s history. Music Videos of this Era (These MVs do not feature the members in them at all) Distortion Starlight (Don’t let overzealous fans fool you, this is OFFICIALLY not a tribute to anyone. A lot of fan speculation, end of story if they claim it is they are 100% lying to you.) Metal Galaxy Era (2019- Feb 2020) First introduced in 2019 during the Babymetal Arises concert in Yokohama, before the start, the “Avenger” support dancer concept was explained in the lore, and the concept thanks to communication and a maintaining of the 3-member formation brought Babymetal out of dark times brought about during 2018. Babymetal seemed to have returned to its roots with the Avengers, as 2 of the three (Kano and Momoko) come from Sakura Gakuin. The third Riho, went to the same performing arts school as Suzuka during the same time, Actors School Hiroshima aka ASH. Music Videos of this Era Pa Pa Ya Elevator Girl Shanti Shanti Da Da Dance (Avenger confusion) Which Avenger one sees can be confusing for those new to Babymetal. For the Music Videos, Pa Pa Ya, Elevator Girl, and Shanti Shanti Shanti, it is Kano Fujihira, who was just 14 years old at the time. Da Da Dance is a compilation of Momoko and Riho and a splicing of 2 different shows. In most fan cam videos of the American and European tour it would be either Riho or Momoko, as they toured with Babymetal in 2019. Kano had responsibilities with Sakura Gakuin as its president, a position Suzuka and Moa both held in Sakura Gakuin, and she’s never flown on a plane before. Some fans for 2019 did throw a stupid temper tantrum over the use of new Kami Band members who are from the west now known as the West Coast Kami Band, but like how the girls won over many, so did they and the payoff with the Legend Metal Galaxy concert in 2020 was well worth it.

COVID Era (Mar 2020 to April 2021) COIVD-19 has messed up a lot of things for everyone, Babymetal had to cancel their Asian tour, as well their big 10th Anniversary on October 10, 2020. Forced to keep it rather tame something very unlike Babymetal as even in their failures like the entire 2018 tour they do it septically. The question for many fans at the time was what of the Avengers, since COVID, Avenger Riho Sayashi has signed with a new agency and has moved on to other projects, including starting a fan club. Kano Fujihara graduated from Sakura Gakuin on August 30, 2020, a near 4-month delay. However, she and fellow Sakura Gakuin graduates Soyoka Yoshida, Tsugumi Aritomo, and Momoe Mori in the formation of @onefive. Which leaft Momoko Okazaki who is a graduate of Sakura Gakuin in March 2018 would be the last standing Avenger until she would become the new member of Babymetal. Music Videos of this Era BxMxC (First music video that isn’t footage from a show and featuring Su and Moa since Karate in 2015) Post 10-year Anniversary/ Covid Era Part 2 (May 2021-September 2022) The band stepped back from live shows due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and focusing on the sale of Merch. The band spent time working on a new concept album and was never shut down for a hiatus. Momoko had a very very short stint in a Korean Idol Competition Show called Planet 99. She performed perfectly, better than most of the other girls in the show. She even got the most votes in a small side competition destroying all the other 98 girls in the show in votes. This won her some hair dye (She was blonde for a bit). Ultimately be it dumb BM fans thinking the side competition was the actual competition, how the judging was heavily skewed to Korean voters, the fact that her fate was tied to 2 other girls one Korean and one Chinese, and or possibly ridged voting something the company producing the show has done in the past, Momoko was eliminated in the very first round. The Other One (October 2022-April 2023) They have released 5 songs on KZbin, they performed a show in January 2023 where they performed these new songs leading up to the released of their Album in March with 10 new songs. During January and February shows Su and Moa were supported by Momoko. On April First (Fox Day) Their new show played many new and old songs as well as officially made Momoko Okazaki aka Momometal the official 3rd member. Bringing Babymetal back to a 3-member unit once again. This all kicked off their world tour in touring with Sabaton in Europe then Asia and Australia, and tours in US in the fall and a solo tour in Europe in winter, with a tour finally in Japan in 2024. Oula vous entrez dans un univers de folie avec BM, entre le trio Su/Moa/Momo et le Kami Band (east et west en fonction du lieu ou elles se produisent) c'est un voyage mouvementé qui vous attends !. Do do more - this group revived my interest in music after more than 15 years - they are VERY different - but nearly always amazing - Japan for me was a real eye opener - there's amazing stuff going on there and imo way more sophisticated and a damned sight cleverer than a lot of what we seem to put out now.

Mirror Mirror is not my fav song on the album although I like the whole song (except the chorus). THE OTHER ONE album was released a few weeks ago so you have a lot more songs to react to, my favs are Divine Attack (has MV) Monochrome, which also has an MV, and Maya, which is only in audio studio on YT. Anyway, I hope you react to more of BABYMETAL because they have very hard metal songs that you might like, thanks for the reaction.

Sympa ce groupe. Le Japon est depuis "longtemps" un pays "métal". Les tournées japonaises des groupes sont souvent extraordinaires. Petite question technique : vous n'avez pas des problèmes avec KZbin et les droits en laissant sans faire de pause ? Les react en général ils font des pauses en partie pour ça.

Japan has a lot of great music! Even some of the J-pop is really good (including idol music). Rock bands in Japan you may not heard of yet are BRATS and IronBunny. Other genres, Silent Siren and Rick Rack and idol groups AKB48, Nogizaka46, Keyakizaka46 (Sakurazaka46) and Hinatazaka46.

Bonjour. Je parle Anglais parce que je ne parle Francais bien, pardon moi. As @Kalis0420 mentioned, Babymetal does metal better than most any band is pretty much on point. At least that is how many of us Babymetal fans feel. Most of the Japanese metal bands you mentioned actually have Babymetal to thank for their rise in popularity. Babymetal began their journey in 2010. The metal scene in Japan was stagnant and wasn't really going anywhere. Then Babymetal arrived onto the scene and blew everything up and revitalized the metal community. After that bands like Bandmaid, Wagaki Band, Nemophila, and many more were able to get much more attention and were able to grow. Babymetal blew up after their song, Gimmie Chocolate when viral on KZbin. They then went on to perform outside of Japan for the first time and performed at Sonishere where they even got to perform on the main stage and had the crowd mesmerized and pretty much instantly almost falling in love with the band. Once that happened, they never looked back and continued to grow and mature as a band, making song after song. Each song unique and amazing. So if you continue reacting to Babymetal, I'm pretty sure you're going to have a great time. Looking forward to watching more of your reaction videos. Maybe hearing you guys speaking french will help me remember some more since I haven't really spoken French since I left High School many years ago lol.
