I love "Clang". It has very inspirational lyrics. Makes you speed in a car with the sound blasting. Makes you feel like taking on the world. They are such a great band.

When I first came across this song, it was: wow, this is interesting and creative, and I need to listen to it again. The rhythms and song writing really grabbed me on this one.

I'm the same way with Kanami and Miku. Misa was in the conversation as well because of the Morticia Addams thing that you mentioned. But Kanami's songwriting genius nudged Misa out for me. That and she literally teaches Miku how to play. Clang is a fantastic tune and worth two looks. What I've seen from the Shibuya gig earlier this year seems to dwarf Zepp Tokyo as far as crowd energy and band execution. Though Zepp Tokyo is a fantastic show, and seems to be the an amazing venue.

to record Band-Maid live is very difficult, due to continuous variation of their songs, the example is here when only Misa and Kanami playing notes with "relaxed" Akane the record is acceptable but when Band-Maid starts their incredible power wall of sound, an immediate saturation will appear, I was trying to record them live but was impossible, I was in front of them and the powerful sound was incredible, no record devices can support a similar power, when they play slow you can record nothing if you want to record them when they are at full power, and vice-versa, there is no setting to use to record Band-Maid live. the only alone Akane at full power can kill you if you are in front of Band-Maid. Band-Maid has a very good phonic in my opinion because you can ear every note also at a ridiculous power, with an incredibly natural sound, in particular, the drum is one of the best I have eared in my life at a concert, Akane drum sound setting is fantastic, it can be enough to be able to hear Akane's drums to go to a concert. Being in the front row at the concert maybe makes you lose the effects on Saiki's voice, but Saiki does not sing at low volume and you can listen to her natural voice and real straight hair. If you don't listen to it at the concert you can't imagine the power of Misa's bass, you feel it in the body for the whole concert, it's fantastic. I think that a big part of the success of the Ban Maid concerts is due to the spectacular setting of the sounds and mixing, everything is really set up to give you maximum emotion.

Nearly all of the Zepp videos had been up for at least a year before being hit a few weeks ago. Oddly the one that got claimed and removed much earlier was Clang. No idea why. There were many others from Studio Coast, a few months earlier. The two shows look almost identical, but Studio Coast has five large digital screens on the back wall. The DVD for Studio Coast only featured 12(?) of the songs though, while the Zepp DVD had the full show.

I don't know why but Saikis angular arm movements are hypnotic, I am mesmerised by them in nearly all their live songs. Btw I have a crush on Miku to, Band-Maids ultimate weapon for world domination.

That bad fan cam video recording is probably one of the rarest recording of that moment in time...I don't believe that there is an official recording of the event...calling that recording a bad fan cam is really an insult..... yes, the quality of fan cams can be low but fan cams are precious moments that are recorded and cherished by the fans!

Meanwhile I´ve visited five B-M concerts and have to admit, that many fancams reproduce the sound quite authentically, that means in the venues you don´t hear the quality of a post-produced BlueRay. If you are on Misa´s side, you can hardly hear Kanami...that´s live. I love it, being in the crowd and freaking out more than sitting on a sofa with the headphones on and and think "what a nice sound" but being annoyed by the awful cuts in the videos every part of a second.

no, you are wrong the best concert of band Maid to listen is in Europe or the in small concert all at one meter from them with the Akane kick broken your bones, and Misa bass vibrates in you, believe me, watching Saiki in her eyes from one meter lower to you and you fall in a deep emotion well.

To be fair if they had professional recording for every concert... the “best” videos would come from all over the place and not just these few venues. These are also the “tour finals” after a year of touring, so the venues tend to be bigger and budget for stage setup a bit higher.

I have the entire zepp toyko show (I own all their convert dvd's) I could upload it somewhere and you can use it to do whatever reaction videos you want. It is a 2 hour video. You could probably find the concert dvd on ebay for like $50

How about the live cams from Amsterdam, Bochum and Hamburg by Vladimir Chupin or the compilation made by W otmgk. They sound not that bad in my opinion. I´ve been on that concerts and they did not sound like Zepp Tokyo on DVD.
