Usually Rosé (grew up in Australia) and Jennie (went to school in New Zealand) leads the english interviews since they are the most fluent. Lisa has grown more confident in her english but this interview back in 2019, was still a time where she was still shy about her english. Jisoo understands english perfectly but she is not confident when it comes to speaking it. Hope that helps!

Actually Blackpink co wrote and co-compose their songs...juz that YG doesn't provide much opportunities to them...like in stay song Jennie cowrote d song but YG didn't give credit to her and YG don't allow our girls to shine...but now they r giving little bit freedom to write In Jennie's solo song she cowrote and co-produced her song and Rosé cowrote and co-composed her song and lisa and Jennie wrote their own raps in sure thing song cover...lisa wrote her own rap in as if it's your last song...Jisoo and Jennie cowrote stay song...Jisoo and Rosé cowrote yeah yeah yeah song and many things YG doesn't give fair treatment...for ex Bella poarch and Rosé supposed to do a Collab song but YG didn't allow Rosé and later after many years only we know that and for that collab song Rosé wrote her own lyrics and Rosé and Jennie had done lots of demo songs that are sold and now listenes on KZbin after many years...YG wasted Blackpink's talent

I don't know, I think these are very normal questions. They asked about their emotions at the concert, about the process of creating songs, about their parts in songs. The interviewer knew a lot about their music, song titles, lyrics. It's actually very cool! I wish they would ask these questions to bts but instead they ask them the same things like: who do you want to collaborate with, what artist do you listen to, where are your girlfriends, how are things in America.. There were very good questions in this interview, but the girls probably did not expect such questions, and it is clear that they were shy and a little nervous. Jennie once said in an interview: [The biggest thing most people don’t know about me is] that I get really shy when I’m speaking English and when I’m doing interviews. I don’t think people realize how nervous I am inside and I’m actually literally shaking inside. But yeah, try to keep it cool. They're just so sweet🫠

This was actually my fav blackpink interview overseas if you will just see their interview what i mean about overseas is outside of asia bc if will watch their other interviews you will clearly see that they are uncomfortable but here at least they are comfortable enough and the interviewer didn't really force them on anything so it's a nice interview,jisoo can understand english very well at that time bc of her members she is just not confident in speaking it and lisa can speak good english to but not as much as rosé or jennie one of the reasons she can speak english is she is thai and her stepfather is a Australian i guess that is what i remembered Lisa's stepfather is Australian,and even if jisoo didn't speak much here she is very active in their korean interviews so don't worry she is just shy here bc its out of her comfort zone and lisa too but both of them improve so much in their english speaking qnd jennie said in one of her interviews that she is actually shy in speaking english but she is very much fluent to it but not like rosé bc rosé is actually born and raise in a European english speaking country😊..
