That's so wild! I always assumed Brad would reach out first before reacting to someone but I guess not. Hope he doesn't find the one I did where I hacked my hair off in lockdown 😬. We've all been there. At least your hair looks beautiful now!

He's not wrong. Permanent color lifts the hair before it deposits the colour, and on already bleached hair it causes unnecessary damage. Toners only deposits the colour without lifting. And a toner was all you needed. That's what he meant. But atleast it turned out good in the end😊
