Over two months later, Jimin is absolutely excelling in the military, earning an award and top honors out of his whole division. With an early promotion, he has also gained the highest respect from the other soldiers in taking command of his unit. I would say that whatever nervousness he had, he overcame it magnificantly.

I think that your analysis of this live is spot on. I am a trained therapist and it does seem like their primary purpose for this live was to reassure Army about their military service. They know the deep and caring nature of Armies so they wanted to bring us comfort, each in their own way like Jimin’s nervous laughter. I liked that each of them talked about what it has been like doing their solo work while greatly missing the other members. It was heartwarming how they each told us repeatedly how much content they have been filming for us just to fill in those long months of their absence. I picture all 7 of them in the summer of 2022 spending very long hours deciding the order of when they would enter the military, and the order of their solo projects. They were figuring out how to support armies a year and a half ago. They even spoke about the order of their solo albums at their Festa dinner. I liked how Namjoon reminded everyone that they’ve been BTS for 10 and a half years, and that already went fast. He said that the 18 months that they will be serving will pass even more quickly. We armies need to remember that and enjoy and savor all the projects they have lovingly created just for us. Each of them spoke about the new synergy they will have as a group when they perform together once again in 2025. During this past year they have spoken about how much they have missed armies and performing together. Is it any wonder that the members of BTS captured our hearts so thoroughly? Their incredible talent, both as individuals and as a group, allowed their creativity to flourish. It’s mind blowing how their immense catalog covers a giant array of genres which Suga notes is one of their greatest strengths as BTS. I believe that the biggest strength of BTS is their bond with armies. V created the word Borahe to describe this bond. It is a purple thread that is woven between our hearts and theirs. It has created a tight bond that is hard to explain to any who are non army. We love, encourage, and support one another. Like Namjoon said during the acceptance speech for winning the 2021 Artist of the Year at the AMA’s. He talked about being 7 young men from South Korea who all came from different backgrounds, but grew up, and gained fans because of their love for music. Their love for music allowed them to grow organically from the ground up and their music crossed the language barrier around the world to touch armies hearts. They reassured us that they will stay safe and come back stronger because of their immense love for armies. Is it little wonder that we love them so much?

DT, Jin didn't do a live while in the military, its something he prepared before he enlisted .. he has a short video for each month that he is gone .. it is normally about the middle of the month that we get it from Bangtan TV but for this month it came on his birthday .. Jin is so thoughtful of us all the time .. I'm definately going to miss the guys very much but my bias is going to be back in 6 months and then there his solo album to be released so looking forward to that plus all the content the guys worked on before enlistment 👍

that was some bad translations lol.. but yes, they have prepared some contents to tide us over while they are serving in the military. RM, I believe, has another album he's finishing up. Jimin and JK filmed a travel documentary. I think Jimin filmed some dance videos. I'm not sure what V did but he has at least one song. V apparently also worked with IU on one of her upcoming songs (rumor is a music video appearance than a collab on the song). They are excited for the new experience(s) and what these experiences will bring to the BTS synergy and dynamic (both).

Jin is coming out on June 2024-that’s 6 months from now, then he will do Vlive and on other sites, then his solo will come out. Then JHope will come in October 2024, then his solo. Between that, there’s so much material that will cover 2 years of military service…all BTS members have been doing a lot of secret activities. Here, RM-Jimin-V-Jimin said they each have done a lot and Hybe will release these surprises for Army’s pleasure-so we shouldn’t miss them too much. For example, Jimin and Jungkook did a travel vlog, that’s going to be released when they are in military, which Jungkook hinted at during Suchwita. RM and V did a travel Vlog, too. Suga is going to continue with his Sucheita show. Remember the Military will also give us glimpses of the members every once in a while. Next thing you know, Suga, RM, V, Jimin and Jungkook will be out on June 2025.

It’s was obvious they are nervous to enter. Men being men, I’m sure they will suffer some harassment from the other military members. It happens in our military too. It could happen two different ways. Either other military men will know and respect them or they will be given a rougher beginning because of some jealousy and resentment that they were allowed to join so much later. It seems neither Jin nor JHope were excessively harassed so I’m hoping it will be the same for them. I am skeptical that Namjoon and Taehyung will be put at the front lines. If something would endanger them or God forbid they were injured, the military would have hell to pay from ARMY and non military government. I will be praying and thinking about all the members’s safety and missing them. As hard as it is for us, it’s much more difficult for their families. Love to the members, their families, and ARMY. I love V's spirit, he is tackling this like a new frontier and a valuable new experience that he is excited for. Good for him! I also like Jimin's honesty. He is sad and not feeling it but knows it must be done. I imagine he wants to say, "this is grim guys!"....So he isn't trying to fool himself or anyone. He is a realistic man though, so he will do what he has to do and will be fine. JK and RM trying to look on the bright side so good on them too. It's a tough thing. Yes am proud of all of them of course. But am beyond proud of my bias (Taehyung) who decided to challenge and accomplish all his goals on mind like he said. I know all units are important in military but Taehyung is one of the most challenged as said by K-Media. Also, how Korea are talking about how proud they feel about him joining the Special Forces, because not everyone can enter there. You have to pass certain test and task to make it. That’s why only 73-76 will join Taehyung on December 11. Am sure RM will have make it too because of his high IQ but because his age he won’t qualify. We know that RM and V hold the highest IQ in the group. But as I been saying all units in the military are dangerous no matter what. So I hope all the members will return safely and healthy for 2025.

Jimin looked sad and nervous in between his laughs. I think that’s why jk kept rubbing his back. It’s scary. It’s going to be a different lifestyle. From what was explained is because he and Jimin made the decision to enlist under the companion unit. They will be together but it also was explained they will most likely be sent to undesirable places. Meaning tougher bases. I think they will be fine. I know when it was explained to me I was so worried but knowing they will be there for each other makes me feel better. I just want to drop it here how proud I am of V, for passing the exams and tests and for passing for the special force unit. In Korea, close friends can apply to enlist together, and it is common for them to be assigned to dangerous front lines in exchange for being assigned to the same unit. That's the rule of the Korean military. JK wanted to enlist with Jimin. 😊

They prepared content for ARMY while they go into training and work. We should know from past activities and preparations they’ve done for ARMY. These guys plan things out and in grand scale backed by BigHit. They have a documentary in Disney coming in December 20th. We may not see V for his birthday because he will be in the midst of training. Please understand that just because they are all going in together, it doesn’t mean they will be training together. Big difference. They will have individual experiences for their training. With them doing solo work seemed like a pre-cursor and preparation for their military training. They’ve known each, loved and worked with for the past 10 years. They’ve done mixtapes, solo songs but has a safety net with each other. They have never faltered about how they feel for ARMY and each other. Right now, they are Moys! (Men in boys) I couldn’t be more proud, admire and love these moys! It’s already been a year for my Jin, in 6 months he will be done. So hang tight everyone, Borahae!

I’m worried for V and RM because they chose and got accepted to Special Forces training and therefore will be on their own in different branches of SF. Their training will be rigorous. I love how everybody just forgets JIMIN was the most muscular one during their training and those first years after debut and that he has 8 years of MA, a black belt and was extremely athletic! I have no doubt in my mind - despite the fact that he is the ‘shortest’ (though 5’9” is by no means ‘short’) - that he will bulk up big time! It will appear differently because RM & JK are just built different in general; but he will be no less muscular and strong as them!

as a jimin bias as well, this hurts me to the core and makes me so sad. i’m gonna miss my mochi so much. won’t be able to hear his laugh or see his eye smile for an entire year and a half. just thinking about it makes me nauseous. all 7 of them have made such an impact on my life. i’ve been with them for 8 years; since 2015. and this is the first time that we won’t be able to have pretty much any content/contact with them at all. even during covid, we still got to see them a lot and watch their lives. but imagining 18 months of complete silence from them is unimaginable and i’m not ready for this at all. that being said, i’m so proud of them for doing their duty to their country. they didn’t have to but they chose to and that’s extremely admirable. i hope they all go safely and come back without a single scratch. the only thing keeping me even remotely sane rn is knowing that our jin will be back to babysit us in 6 months. i can’t wait to see him again ☺️. don’t worry, army. we got this. this is the hardest challenge we’ve faced as a fandom so far but we’ll conquer it. please don’t change army. remember that bts loves you so much. borahae 💜.

There will be new music, both V and JK were filming MVs. There are travel documentaries, I assume the album documentary for Golden, new music from RM, and who knows what else. Sounds like we'll hardly notice that they're gone in 2024. Just kidding. Despite all that, their absence will be painfully obvious. And I think that they really forced themselves to be cheerful during the Live. Jimin looked to be struggling the most but JK also seemed extremely tense and sad. There were a lot of things going on, you have to watch it more than once to catch the nuances.

There are many toxic people who can’t wait to ‘kill’ them and Jin being the first has to learn and he shares his tips and experiences with his ouster brothers so they can be more prepared and he is there to reassure and support them. He didn't volunteer to be the first to enlist; he was literally the oldest and had no more time because the deadline for his enlistment had almost arrived. That said he's handled the entire situation with bravery, grace and a good sense of humor. He's been a stellar role model for all the members and for young men generally.

⁠Hi, I am Korean! SDT units or special forces supported by V do not allow tattoos larger than 5cm.(As you all know, JK has a lot of tattoos.) Korea is sensitive to tattoos, but men are obligated to go to the military so the general military can apply even if they have tattoos. However, special forces that JK wants to support, such as SDT and UDT, cannot support if they have tattoos.

Good morning, I read today in the news here that Jungkook and Jimin also enlisted in the Special Forces but were not accepted because of their tattoos, .. I'm in shock. TATTOO? Why? This is regrettable. I remembered that in a live talking about enlistment, V said that he was going to enlist together with Jungkook. This is sad. This must be the reason why Jungkook had that smile on his last live. After all, V can no longer give up.

It will be great to see some of their previous shows to help wile away the time til they're back together again in 2025...Plus they have new content they've been working on that we haven't seen yet e.g. V and Yumi, JK and Usher, Jimin and JK camping/travel vlog. I think RM also completed an album. BTS have to be the hardest working pop group in the industry...both as a band and as individual artists. That's one of the reasons why they're so successful. Hybe have stated that they have enough content for the next six months to keep Army happy then Jin will return. Apparently Jin’s album is already complete with collaboration with international and Korean artists including Coldplay ( that maybe The Astronaut).he will start promoting it in Korea and overseas soon after his release! Hobi will then be outing October and he already has content to release as well and after Christmas both Jin and Hobi will be promoting together which will be fun. Sounds like they have everything all planned. Hopefully this all true as it sounds good. As far as their enlistment goes V is the only one that was allowed to join the special forces which are stationed in Seoul as Jin, Hobi and Namjoon were past the age requirement of 28 and under and as Jimin and Jungkook both have tattoos they were not permitted to apply, as no tattoos are allowed in the unit. A shame really as in the special forces an essential requirement is to attain a black belt which of course both Jimin and Jungkook already have along with Jin. Both Jin (who has just had an early promotion to Sergeant) and Hobi are Special Elite Class Warriors which is equal to being in the special forces and I would imagine both Jimin and Jungkook will follow their big brothers footsteps and aim for that too, so we can expect to see alot of muscles in BTS on their return. I am not sure where Namjoon will go but I am sure they have something special lined up for him. Both Jimin and Jungkook will be trained at Jin’s camp on the frontline so all three will be United for five weeks and even if he does not Train them himself, he will watch over them like he always has. That means that Suga is I the Social Services, Namjoon it’s unknown where he will go, V will be stationed in Seoul in the Special Forces and Jin, Hobi, Jiminand Jungkook will be on the frontline which of course is the most dangerous place to be because North Korea have opened up all their border posts recently and reinforced them with Arms. Just been to the DMZ a few weeks ago and they are literally just a handful of kilometres from North Korea. I respect these young men so much for not only the sacrifice to their careers but for their loyal to their country and for their bravery. We will all be praying for them and I know they will all return to us in 2024/2025 safe and sound. 💜

I will and I am missing them all. But the time goes by quickly and I know BTS will be back before we know it. I also keep a positive attitude and thoughts due to the fact the guys told us they will be back and when they are it will be great plus for us to trust them. I trust them a lot. I know BTS made it clear that they wanted Army to have content while they were doing what has to be done with their military service. With saying that I know HYBE will fulfill BTS's wishes. HYBE knows the love BTS has for us and what BTS means to Army . They also know what we mean to BTS. Also Army, and BTS ask us not to forget them, Let's show them we will not by continuing streaming and buying their music both as a group and their solo works. Let's show the world and even the Grammys that BTS is always going to be the kings.

DT, they have prepared a TON of content for us to be released over time-music, videos, docu's, etc. They ALWAYS think of us, and knew we'd be missing them, so they have been working hard to leave things for us. Much of it solo work-we KNOW Jimin has been hard at it for awhile now. It will be thrilling to get "stuff" from them after they leave us next Tues. & Wed. So glad the tattoo'd bro's (JK & JM) enlisted on the buddy system option (which is pretty cool, honestly)-makes my heart glad to know they will together throughout for support. I know JK wanted to do what V is doing (Special Forces) but the tattoos are not permitted, so that was too bad. Jimin is so shy with strangers that his time in the military may do him a lot of good-he will become a bit more outgoing, etc.-in some/many ways, this will be good for all of them-obviously JIN & Hobi are thriving there, so if they can do it, they all will.
