There are 2 girls Sooha and Selen. Sooha is the reincarnation of Selen, a princess of an Ancient Kingdom who was known for possessing special and powerful magic. Selen was the moon Goddess in Greek mythology who created the first vampire. I think this is the pause in the story. For a short time they escape being vampires and are free from being immortal. But according to this "nothing lasts forever" History repeats itself, they are cursed and it starts all over again.

@@douaebouhadi4208 if you go by what happens in the webtoon then the girl in the house is Sooha (the girl everyone loves) and Selen is the one who bites them in this video because she can turn them. Sooha has powers which she can or could share with them. In the old kingdom they were already Vampire Lords so had some powers beyond the powers they got when Sooha share her powers with them. The lore is kind of complicated.

Yes a lot of fans have also noticed the similarities between Firework and this concept trailer. I really hope there are more connections. Both groups are friends with Sooha and in the webtoon they work alongside each other to protect her

That would make me very sad... You need to help me bring all our comrades/friends back to life during the next full moon at the black sea. Only then we can be happy forever. Sunghoon... I hope you can trust me. Your Sooha" A theory is that this might not be from the actual Sooha, but from her twin Selene (who is the evil one who bites Sunoo in this trailer). She wrote the letter to Sunghoon to try and use his love for Sooha to manipulate him to help her.

the theory is that after sooha saved sunghoon, they decided to reawakend the rest of the boys by meeting at the black sea. in the last part of the webtoon, sooha met her past self (named selen) the one that bit sunoo and set the house on fire was selen. the boys couldn't saved sunoo and sooha because they were "reawakened" they lost their powers and become mortals. that's why they can walk in the sun now and jay experiences pain, jake can swim now (since back then he couldn't because fire was his power as a vampire). heeseung's telepathy is also suspected to not be working that's why he's sad in the end because he couldn't reach sunoo thru telepathy. and it was also assumed that selen betrayed sunghoon by pretending to be sooha and writing him a letter (it was in the credit part of the film) ctto

11:57 It's interesting that you mention this, I was thinking about it and while Dark Blood used a semi colon, this album uses a colon. So ofc as an English major, I came up with a theory on why use that clear distinction between punctuation. While a colon is used to introduce or set up by the previous clause, a semi-colon is used to join related independent clauses together in the same sentence. Therefore, I think this album is more of an explanation for Dark Blood. I'm not caught up on the webtoon so I don't have a clear idea of the lore but from what I've been seeing about theories, it kind of emphasizes how history repeats.They were happy being humans, until they were tricked again into becoming vampires. But also your explanation about the blood dripping and then this one being just the bite could symbolize how they were slowly healing (I forget where but didn't one of the trailers/mvs have them cover their neck bite with a flower and a bandaid? The flowers definitely represent blooming or growing, as they become better versions of themselves) but no matter how much they heal, this will always be a part of them. The "bite mark" will forever be engraved within them.

finally someone who mentions the yellow flowers with &team!!!!! the girl is the same, sooha (the actress i don't think so), but the storylines are not going at the same pace so it gets confusing, my personal "theory" is that the good human-like times they're thinking of rn are the same ones &team had, even the warm vs. cool coloring matches. the other girl is selene, sooha's previous life that somehow came back and is evil lol we don't know much about that story yet also, i had the same reaction as you "they said this'd be bright and happy, why is it scary" but we forgot that no matter how bright the concept might be compared to previous one their overall concept is still dark horror-like vampires hahahah love your reactions!

So according to the webtoon There are two female leads NOW which was like a twist in the finale We all believed sooha was an incarnation of Selene but at theend we found out that wasn't the case and both of them coexist now In this trailer Sooha our female lead is the one that was trapped in the house The second evil twin, that is Selene.

I think orange blood is the prequel to dark blood and they all became vampires here due to selene (fake sooha) so they wanted revenge in dark blood and the letter was given to sunghoon by real sooha so that he will know she's innocent and that's why he was protecting her from the boys who wanted revenge

There are many speculations that Jungwon is Sooha (the female actress in the trailer) and the scene where Jungwon's house burns down doesn't appear with everyone because Jungwon is Sooha. *Of course this is just some speculation
