I did not have a skincare routine until last year, when I was already 25 yo and hadn't been for Cassandra,Hyram,Dr Shereene Idriss and a couple of Greek youtubers(I am from Greece) I would still have not given my skin the treatments, the care and the love it so deserves! I didn't realize how skin problems can be so mentally exhausting. I feel it's my responsibility as a parent to protect her skin and her mental health. Thank you for your videos. I've learned so much about the best products to use for my daughter's skin type (I admit, I bought her Neutrogena and Clean & Clear because I didn't know any better! 😶) In just a few months, her skin is looking so much better and she has a better handle on her breakouts. I can now say that I've been using a sunscreen daily for about 1 1/2- 2 years and the BIGGEST thing I had to learn was using a sunscreen without a moisturiser. ._. I do not have the patience or the brain power in the morning to wait for a moisturiser AND a sunscreen to sink in. As moisturiser is first I either chose not to apply the sunscreen because I was inpatient or because I simply forgot to do it. Now I have a sunscreen that is nourishing enough I'm protected from death- and wrinkle-rays ^-^.

I heard that oxygen can prevent or reverse the aging process. The HBO treatments with high-pressure oxygen can reverse two main aging processes. While this treatments, patients breathe medical oxygen at 2.4 to 3 times the normal pressure (hyperbaric) pressure via a hose mask system or a head tent. The treatment is carried out in pressure chambers. This dissolves more oxygen in the liquid components of the blood. In this way, telomere extension is to be made possible and thus the aging process can be reversed at the cellular-molecular level.

Look where the phenoxyethanol is in the list of ingredients of the foaming black mask (14:37). It is high up there. It is at 1% of the solution and everything lower than it in the list is 1% or less so they don't really draw my attention or than fragrance/parfum. Besides it doesn't matter how much it foams up, all that foam is on top of the mask material. Now if that form was actually on the skin then we'd have something to talk about. Not impressed with the foaming black mask.
