No that's good they hotel guy was taking it seriously. Imagine if they let you up to the room but you were actually a deranged person and hurt somebody? People would be so pissed the employee let you go up. So its an annoying inconvenience buy at least you guys were safe

Hotel front desk agent did their job CORRECTLY. It might seem like that is a-lot and “taking their job seriously”but in reality it’s just for the safety of the guest who booked the room :) Ps this comment isnt hate or to dismiss his anxiety!

This! I would hope front desk would not allow someone not on my reservation into my room while I’m asleep. I totally get Kian dealing with his anxiety but the front desk guy was doing his job, safety and security of the guest is priority.

I was literally about to comment on that, I used to be a front desk clerk and it was drilled into our brains to not let anyone who is not on the reservation in the room. He wasn’t “taking his job to seriously” he was following protocol. Imagine if he wasn’t following protocol and a fan was given access to the room… then that would be a different story and I’m sure y’all wouldn’t give the front desk any mercy.

Worst thing you can do when having sleep panic attacks is focus on breathing Bc then you’ll start thinking you’re breathing irregular. Honestly, I just put on a mediation KZbin video to distract my anxious thoughts (half the time I don’t even know what is making me anxious)

The anxiety situation has happened so many times to me. Also between dream and sleep and it’s like okay am I okay? Wtf is wrong? It even went into a panic attack in the middle of the night once. It completely sucked and sucks. I wasn’t even sure what was triggering it. I hope you don’t get this anymore and never again. I don’t wish anxiety on anyone! It’s a curse.
