I know this is very late and someone else might have provided this information but yes as far as Minecraft lore goes Alex is the hunter-gatherer/ adventurer and Steve primarily deals with construction and engineering

Lol The mini Steve and Alex say they'd never be taken alive, and a Savage Ruben killed them, so they were right. Next, Alex manages to shoot the Apple, but then she hears him and psykes him by shooting him where it hurts the most, and then a skeleton joins in. Then we get Steve getting a mind-blowing experience, and a parrot pooping on him. Savage bird. This is hilarious!
