Jinx was actually listening to this song when she was in her workstation room thing in Arcane. There are a lot of references in Arcane to this video, like the rino she's ridding, they put it under her bed in Arcane. Or like in the lyrics she sings "and see what Pow Pow thinks", as a reference to when she was young Powder and she wanted to fight and blow everything with her little bombs. It's crazy how much they thought about this.

Pow pow is the name of her minigun because Vi used to call her like that back in the day

Actually we did not know what will happen in arcane. We only knew that Jinx was crazy (never knew why) and we just speculated that Vi is her sister. But the events that took place in Arcane were a surprise for all of us

that odyssey video was indeed an alternate universe, those are skins for yasuo, jinx, malphite (the rock giant in you really got me) and Kay. You will see similar cinematics with that concept, like star guardians being like sailor moon skins.
